We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nicely designed, with good attention to detail that made it comfortable and easy to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted well. However, it ends at 9:00 AM, so you may miss it if you wake up late. The reception team was very helpful and friendly, supporting us throughout our time in Sapa. The spa was a highlight, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Our ratings: Room: 9/10 Breakfast: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Spa: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Special thanks to Mr. Hung, the manager, for his responsible and supportive approach.

I had a lovely time here during my trip to Sa Pa. The hostel is so aesthetic and artsy. I love the ambiance surrounded, with the nice mountain view in the morning. The staff also nice and friendly, their service is great. They let me store my luggage after check out, so I can enjoy my last hours in Sa Pa.

I had a room at the front with a view over the valley. The hotel is on a busy, narrow road which was interesting to watch as it is quite a steep hillside either direction. Loads of choice at breakfast, accommodating staff. I arrived early way before checking time but as soon as my room was ready they let me use it. It was not far up the hillside to the town with several eateries to choose from. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay there again

"Comfortable and Clean Hotel in the City Center"
I just stayed at Hotel BB Sapa for 3 days and 2 nights and I am very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to access tourist attractions and other facilities.
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. I was also very pleased with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jayce, who was very excellent, sincere, prompt, and always assisted me with our activities in Sapa.
The breakfast at the hotel was also very delicious and varied, with many menu options and reasonable prices.
I highly recommend Hotel BB Sapa to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hotel in the city center.

The family is very friendly and helpful. The staff was very nice and careful too. When they replaced my friend’s blanket, they rolled the blanket to avoid the water droplets from my friend’s towel. Nice location, near the stone church and the night market. The food is great! In short, I’m very pleased.
