good location but water pressure is not strong. aircon is not cold although at 18 degrees and running on 4 bar fan setting

Strategic location, only 2 minutes walk to Sapa station and only 5 minutes walk to the church. In front of the hotel is an ATM Bank Agri. There is a mini supermarket near the hotel, a cafe is also not far from the hotel. This hotel is very strategic. Arriving at the hotel, it was not time to check in, we were directed by the staff to the bathroom and prepared small towels to just wash our faces.
I got a room for three with a bed size of 160 and 100 but I was the only one with my daughter staying here. I didn't try eating here because the staff said it was not halal. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Sapa. The staff named Helena is very kind and helpful and has good English. Thanks Selena I hope can to meet you again 🤗

the receptionist was very helpful, helped find rentals, tickets, etc. just the hotel is a bit dirty, from the outside there are lots of spider webs on the ceiling, it's dark, the toilet windows are also dirty, there are still some trash... the rooms are okay, spacious and there is a choice of rooms with balconies with city views even though they are a bit blocked by the front building. 🤭

the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the place is very close to the city center, ATMs, tourist attractions and places to eat. very cozy, clean and highly recommended.
input, maybe a little lighting can be added in front of the room door, because we often have difficulty opening the lock. and provided a key from the inside to increase security for the girls. but overall is perfect!

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but were helped to prepare the room and were able to check in 1 hour earlier at no additional cost. All hotel staff are very friendly. Especially the receptionist named Selena, she helped us a lot including helping to book a sleeper bus from Sapa to No Bai Hanoi Airport. Thank you Ms. Selena. The reception desk is adjacent to the restaurant with an attractive interior. Spacious rooms, complete amenities. The balcony of the room looks poorly maintained with an unattractive view, because it faces the back. If you want to eat at the restaurant, it's better to eat inside and not in the lobby outside because it's a bit disturbed by accessory traders. Highly recommend Sapa Center Hotel.
