At checkin, the hotel demanded to keep my friends Passport and I refused to allow them to keep the passport. I offered to let them make copies of my & friends passport, b ut the receptionist insisted on keeping the Thai Passport. She told me if I don't allow her to keep the Thai Passport, I couldn't check in. Therefore, I departed the hotel upset and reported the incident to Traveloka and Visa. Please do Not allow any hotels who insist the customers turn over their passport on arrival, as this is dangerous to the customer in the event of family emergency or extra cost to travel to the nearest Consulate to replace the passport. Bottomline: this hotel does Not comply with International Standards for their guests.

My house stayed 3 nights, room service did move in, collected used towels, but then did not leave clean towels in the room. At the time of check-out, the newspaper lacks 2 towels and catches the guests, while checking in or cleaning the room without any handover or notice (guests receive keys at the reception, bring luggage to the room and check in by themselves) , without a guide). In addition, the baby in our house had nosebleeds stuck out a little bit, the housekeeping staff said it was okay to clean the laundry, but the manager was determined to catch the guest. My family also had no idea that because it was our fault, our house was punished (although the staff said it was okay), and the towels because our house was not lost, we did not want to pay it but the manager decided to catch the temple otherwise we would not do not return ID card. Because of rushing to the airport, my family finished paying the fine but the attitude and behavior were unacceptable and forced our customers. Ga and towels are very old, but guests are 300k for the station and 150k for 1 towel. Rooms are also normal, quite moist and smelly, old furniture, dirty chairs, dirty and smelly lobby. My wife and I went on honeymoon to stay here for 4 days 3 nights and we lost 4 days of electricity ... without a backup generator system for the whole day, the couple had to go to the cafe and not dare to return. If the room is too hot, the night until 21:00 has electricity ... the money is already paid ... Sad fateful trip 😢
