When checking in, the towels were still wet + the wifi was out of data. The customer kept asking for a message to turn it off and then turn it back on. The next day, he sent a message to tell him to change it in the morning. The staff didn't respond. On the last day of returning, no staff changed it even before. There were comments about wifi and customer care being so bad

The room is nice, clean, and the location is near the beach, easy to move around. The only thing is that the room lacks an iron. At first, I asked clearly if the room had one, the manager said yes, but when I arrived, there was none. The manager said she would have the staff bring it to the room, but then she said that the owner of the house did not allow it because she was afraid of fire or explosion. So if I bring it to use, will the homestay know? While the room is full of electrical equipment? It's better to say that there isn't one so I can equip it myself than to come and say there isn't one. Another problem is that I don't know where to park my motorbike and have to pay for entry and exit :(( because I travel by motorbike, I go several times a day, so I think everyone should consider this. Apart from the above 2 problems, the rest is ok, it's also a place worth experiencing.

Căn hộ đầy đủ tiện nghi và dịch vụ, mình book cuối tuần nên hơi đông, chờ đợi thang máy lâu. Có một thẻ từ đi lên thang máy nên hơi bất tiện cho các thành viên ở chung.

Lần đầu ở The Sóng, book qua app rẻ hơn so với liên hệ trực tiếp. Đi mùng 6 tết xác định đông nên không đòi hỏi quá nhiều, thang máy chờ khá lâu, dịch vụ Bi Home không ưng ý lắm : khi mìh check in tại quầy, nhân viên bảo trên phòng có sẵn 4 hộp mì ly + 4 chai suối nhưng lên không thấy, nhắc nhân viên 3 lần vẫn im re tới hôm sau trả phòng mính góp ý tại quầy cũng dạ dạ rồi thôi. Việc thứ 2 là khi nhận phòg cửa wc bị khóa, nhân viên bảo chờ kiếm, chờ 30p người nhà mìh mắc wc chịu không nổi. mình toàn chủ động gọi tận 3 lần chứ không thấy nhân viên gọi và cuối cùng bên mìh tự tìm cách hack mở khóa được lun. Việc thứ 3, phòng bước vào như vừa lau nhà, sàn rin rít và tanh, nói nhân viên nhưng bạn cũng im re, mình pải tự lục cây lau nhà + nước lau sàn có sẵn mình tự lau lại. Máy lạnh phòng khách thì yếu như hết gas. The Sóng bên ngoài đẹp, nhưng bên trong nội thất bình thường, trải nghiệm lần đầu nhưng thấy không hợp. qa hôm sau mình qa hotel khác 4sao cùng giá, rộng rãi, và thoải mái hơn.

Mình đã lưu trú ở Bi Homestay đây là lần thứ hai. Chủ homstatly rất nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh. Tuy nhiên, ở lần ở gần đây nhất, do bất cẩn, mình để quên 1 túi đồ đựng 2 đôi giày trẻ em trong tủ giày (khi đến mình để vào, nhưng vì không sử dụng nên cũng không lấy ra, và quên mất). Mãi đến tối sau khi đã checkout mới phát hiện ra thì mình gọi về cho số Hotline của Bi. Sau đó nhân viên báo là khi dọn phòng có thấy, nhưng khi đến nhận lại thì chỉ còn có 1 đôi :( (trong khi mình để 2 đôi vào cùng 1 túi). Công cuộc nhận lại đồ cũng kỳ công vì phải gọi lui gọi tới, nhân viên hứa gọi lại cho mình nhưng chẳng bao giờ gọi. Cuối cùng sau gần 1 tuần chờ đợi, mình từ bỏ luôn ý định tìm lại đồ. Dù biết mình có bất cẩn nhưng nếu nhà Bi chủ động báo khách thì hay biết mấy, và việc chỉ nhận được có nửa đồ thì thật kỳ lạ. Khổ thân bé nhà mình buồn lắm vì 2 bé luôn mang đồ giống nhau, nay bị mất 1 đôi, giá trị không nhiều nhưng gây mất lòng tin cho khách lưu trú. Mình rất tiếc về trải nghiệm trên, rất mong nhà Bi cải thiện trong thời gian tới.

Đồ ăn giá cả phải chăng. Chỗ ở đẹp, ưng ý. Nhưng có điều tính phí ship đồ ăn lên căn hộ lại tính 10k. Trong khi đó là kêu đồ ăn của bên homestay,chi mà tính toán chi li từng đồng lên xuống. Vì đâu phải ship xa chỉ là đi thang máy từ tầng trệt lên căn hộ mà tính toán dữ quá , cũng không báo trước cho khách sẽ thu phí ship này , dù nhỏ nhưng thấy rất kì Về vấn đề check out, Đúng 12h có nhân viên lên đứng trước phòng gõ cửa và gọi điện liên tục khá là PHIỀN để CANH CHỪNG khách check out. Những nơi khác mình đi cho chút ít thời gian 10 15 phút mới gọi điện báo mình hết giờ để mình thu xếp xuống , nhưng họ cũng không hối hay đứng đợi trước cửa phòng canh chừng như thế . Làm mình cảm thấy như mình thiếu nợ vậy á 😥

The staff took care slowly, even when I made friends on Zalo, they didn't respond. I don't know if they were too busy or what, but I went on an odd day on Thursday. There are only young people who are new to work, and the advice is still unclear. I rented a car for 150k and advise others not to use this service to avoid wasting money. The old car sounds like a tank, the hood is super smelly, not cleaned or washed. The team wants to blow their heads off. I have feedback that the hat smells too bad. Put it in storage and bring it out the next morning exactly the same. I want to ask about homestay services so I call the contact number sent via email. Extremely attitude and unpleasant
