Khách sạn gần trung tâm, chỉ khoảng 3 phút đi xe máy. Anh chị chủ rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, mến khách. Phòng sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ các vật dụng cần thiết: ấm siêu tốc, máy sấy tóc, quạt, … Một lưu ý nhỏ là đường xuống hơi dốc nên các bạn chú ý di chuyển cẩn thận nhé.

Receptionist is never present at the counter, when you need something, you have to find a phone number to call, which takes a lot of time for customers to wait.

Hello Bianco,
In the case of her reservation, she booked a Super room for her parents for 2 nights. The uncle came here at 9AM and wanted to check in early, the hotel said there would be a surcharge, but the uncle didn't want it and sent it back. Then, 11.30AM came back, the hotel supported early check-in at no extra charge (the hotel's check-in time is 2PM). Regarding the room class, the hotel has assigned the right room for you, the quality of the room is clean and the picture is correct, you can ask your parents again. As for the price, the price listed on Traveloka and you can also apply a promo code of 270k/night for the Sup room class with 2 windows. Hope to welcome you to the hotel next time with a better experience.

The staff is enthusiastic, you seem a bit uncomfortable. There is no car park, I have to park right on the slope next to the hotel, which is very dangerous. The room seems a bit small compared to the photos. Hope to come back when traveling by motorbike.

Hello Bianco,
According to hotel regulations, Check in time is 2PM, you ask to check in early at 7AM on Saturday, and the hotel has replied via email to you that there are no rooms available for you to check in at the weekend. have you checked your email? At 7AM I can't call guests before you wake up and force them to check out to get a room for you. This problem if traveling in high season, I hope you can sympathize with the hotel.
Regarding the refrigerator, before booking the hotel, can you check the picture of the room and the hotel's facilities?
Da Lat's terrain is mountainous, so of course there will be slopes.

The hotel room is clean and spacious compared to the price is too ok. There is only common space like the elevator, the corridor is a bit small. The location is also close to the center for easy commuting.

Hello Bianco,
I'm very sorry that last weekend, not only Bianco but Da Lat were crowded, Bianco had 4 cars that day, you came in the evening and I told you to just run down and park beside ksan, because my car's undercarriage is a bit low. so I can't go to the hotel yard. If not, Bianco will tell you to park in the parking lot opposite the alley, with a fee, you will notify Bianco to refund it. After that, you told me that you could park your car, then I ran up to check your parking location to make sure. Hope you sympathize nhé.

I arrived at 12:30, the hotel still had an empty room, but it was not flexible for me to check in, and said, if I want to check in early, I will pay an additional 50% of the room rate. a bit sad because of such a treatment, even though I know the law is 14:00 to receive. the room in the basement, feels very moldy, not soundproof, the next room says ji, do ji, it's tiny, I hear it all. The location of the hotel is close to convenience stores, and the price is very good.

Because it's summer, the weekend is crowded, the cleaning lady has to take advantage of each room, only 12 o'clock, and my cleaning party can't let you check in early, if you want to check in early. then we have the flexibility to call more people to clean up for you, so there is an extra fee, hope you understand.
As for the room in the basement, before booking on the app, you can call your side to ask for the room, our side said that kind of room, I only have the room in the basement, you say it's okay and will book it yourself. always on the app.

Currently, my 2 double rooms have low prices because the room is in the basement, there is a ventilation fan in the room, there are 2 rooms on my side that already have a fan, but because I didn't see your side request more fans, my side did not. Clean, beautiful room. Reasonable price Only 1 thing is that the hotel location is far from the center and the entrance to the hotel has to climb vertical steps. Not suitable for families with elderly people

The hotel is close to the center, going to convenient locations. The receptionist is very nice and enthusiastic. I checked out until 4pm, the hotel is flexible and does not charge extra because there are no new guests. Clean room with full amenities 👍
