We stayed at Binh Duong for two weeks. I wished there was a mirror at the make up table other than the only mirror inside the bathroom. It was a little inconvenience having to go inside the bathroom every time I needed to use the mirror. No outlets in the bathroom so I had to straighten my hair without a mirror at the make up table. Staffs were friendly and nice. I used their Nest Beauty Spa waxing service during my stay there. It was very affordable and convenience. Overall, we enjoyed our room and enjoyed our stay.

위치는 한시장에서 10분정도이고 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 자전거 대여나 우산등등 기타 서비스가 제공되지 않는점은 참고하셔야 할 거 같습니다. 조식도 단일메뉴선택이기에 참고하셔야 되구요

저렴한 숙박 가격에 조식 2인까지 포함되어 있어서 잘 이용했습니다.
한시장 및 시내까지 걸어서 10분정도 거리여서 위치도 좋았구요. 바로 근처에 먹을 거리가 없는 건 조금..ㅠㅠ..
객실은 처음에 들어갔을때는 좀 노후 되어있다고 생각했는데 4박하는 동안 익숙해져서 나중에는 괜찮더라구요,
객실 정비도 깨끗하고 빨리 해주고, 직원 분들이 다 친절했습니다.
조식은 정해진 메뉴 중에 매일 선택해야하는 거구요, 에어컨도 시원한 편이였습니다.
테라스 있는 객실 선택해서 답답하진 않았습니다.
친구랑 가기엔 저렴하고 괜찮았지만, 연인이랑 가기에는 글쎄..? 하는 생각이 듭니다ㅎ

The hotel didn't clean up after the guests left, but let me stay. There were still hairs and marks on the bed. I was so upset that I went down to tell the receptionist that they had just sent someone to clean up. No one should stay here. It's disgusting. I'll never come back again.

The room was dirty, the tenant didn't clean it up after he finished renting it, leaving it as it was for me to stay in. I had to ask the receptionist to send someone to clean it. There was hair all over the bed and the floor, disgusting, no one should stay here.

The next morning, when we went down to check out and asked to see the manager, the manager continued to avoid us, not bothering to show up. Only the receptionist spoke to us coldly, without a word of apology. Only when I showed my anger did they call around and offer a very insulting “compensation plan”: refund 200,000 VND for the room and hope my family would “understand” the property damage (!)
An extreme lack of responsibility. A cold and insensitive way of handling things.
My family refused to accept that ironic compensation and still paid in full because we have self-respect, unlike the way this hotel behaved. While cleaning up the flood, my relative slipped and fell, scratching his arms and legs — but all the hotel had was… silence and a smile of sympathy?
This was not a vacation, this was a nightmare experience that I would never wish upon anyone.

The room is spacious and comfortable, located in a convenient location for travel. With such a cheap price, I think everything is ok, except that the service of the staff should be more professional and dedicated. Borrowing an iron and telling me to go to the reception to get it myself is not ok service attitude. Thank you.

The new hotel is very close to the Han River Bridge. The staff is friendly and supports customers immediately when I have questions. My family has an 8-year-old child with an additional fee of 100k per day. I booked the price of 355k for this room on the app with a small surcharge outside. The room has many lockers so a family of 4 can still comfortably stay, the room is clean. The minus point is that the outside bathroom can see inside, which is very unprivate when there are small children. Everyone should pay attention when traveling with small children. The hotel should improve this. My room is on the 6th floor with a very large balcony when leaving the main door. The elevator is also very ok. The air conditioner has a remote control but sometimes it is cool and sometimes it is not, so it is very difficult to turn it off completely. The hotel is located in the center, so it is very convenient when moving to the church, Dragon Bridge, and famous restaurants are also nearby within a radius of about 1-4km. In general, I rate this hotel 8/10 points compared to the room price, it is worth everyone's experience.

The staff is friendly and cute, and even let me check in 2 hours early. The hotel is near the center, convenient for traveling. The room is clean and airy. The only minus point is that the bathroom is a bit exposed :))) It's okay if you go as a couple, but it's a bit awkward if you go with a friend =)))
