We had a great experience staying at Bonsella. My wife and I were travelling with a 15-month-old and the staff at Bonsella were so helpful in assisting us to organize broken accommodation periods, storing baggage, and getting our basics tended. The staff were all amazing! We will definitely stay there next time we are in Hanoi.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Hanoi’s old and French quarter. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel too. My room is newly renovated and has a city view. However do bring your earbuds plugs because the soundproofing of the room is not the best. You will hear the traffic, construction and dragging of chairs. The roof is under construction so avoid the highest 3 floors if you want a peace sleep. ** The hotel kindly offered me free transportation to the airport after learning about the construction noise last night. Excellent customer recovery. I will definitely consider staying with them again.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was the best we had while visiting Vietnam (we traveled from north to the southern most tip) . It was on the top floor and we sat out on the balcony looking over the other buildings and lake. Quite lovely! The rooms were nice and had air conditioning. It was located in walking distance to most things. Great shopping. We also did an amazing tour/bike/boat of Nin Bin - we were taken on the river to see the amazing lime Stone Mountain formations and then biked all over and had lunch- it was a super fun event! (Instead of doing a boat trip of Halong Bay which I hear is very over crowed and polluted) - just a thought for those that don’t want to spend a lot time.

We loved our stay at the Hanoi Bonsella Hotel. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects of service. The room was new and clean. The location is perfect...close to everything...but on a quieter street. Every morning you can enjoy an incredible breakfast on the top floor with a view of the lake and city. My wife and eleven year old daughter agree with me that this was probably our favorite big city boutique hotel experience...ever. Thank you!
