Dejligt hotel, du får rigtig meget for pengene her. Vi boede på 19. etage med delvis havudsigt, super fin udsigt over til øerne overfor. Strandpromenaden lige udenfor, privat strand 900 m. derfra, gratis shuttlebus til og fra både strand og centrum Dejligt roligt område med mange hyggelige cafeer. Servicen helt i top, personalet er så søde og imødekommende. Lækker morgenmad inkluderet. Jeg har allergener og hver morgen lavede de særligt mad til mig, personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten er super søde. Skønt pool- og spaområde inkluderet. Vi var der på en regnvejrsdag, så tiden blev brugt i spaområdet, super at få det med gratis. Vi kan kun anbefale dette hotel.

Pros: 1. "Private" beach 5-7 mins from the hotel. 2. Friendly staff and good services. Cons: 1. It's an old hotel so facilities are old as well. (Doors are not really sound-proof) 2. Breakfast is just decent. 3. Far from city center. => Just decent, not excellent for a 5-star hotel.

What lack of Nha Trang hotel in comfort and freedom. The hotel is right on the embankment, still strict about unreasonable regulations. T has stayed at many hotels and resorts in NT, from 3 stars to 5 stars, almost all of them allow to bring in food (except for durian, mangosteen, seafood or cook), buy a roast pork lunch box on grabfood but also not allowed to bring in, can only eat in front of the hotel's entrance, both windy and dusty. If you stay in a hotel in the mainland, if you study like vinpearl on a bamboo island, you will lose. Receptionists who face as well as send people, machines, stereotypes, from male to female call to only 1 answer as sparingly as possible: "receptionist listens", the customer has not finished speaking and hastily hung up the phone, The buggy schedule that gives the beach according to the time frame is a taxi with a generous attitude, go once and don't dare to go twice, the staff is limited, the bellman has only 1 tall man who is also lazy and uncomfortable. Like the receptionist, when checking out, he ignored the guests who carried their luggage to the taxi. Too bad.

My husband and I went on a honeymoon in Nha Trang and chose Boton as a place to rest for 4 days and 3 nights. The beachfront hotel is located in Pham Van Dong, so it's a bit far from the center, so it seems to be less crowded than the beachfront hotels in Tran Phu area, a bit inconvenient in terms of transportation to amusement parks, attractions. Famous sightseeing and dining in Nha Trang. In return, there is quiet, not hustle. Hotel staff is very enthusiastic and cute. The room is clean, with a large enough balcony overlooking the sea. As for the standing bathroom in my room, the water is easy to splash on the floor, making the toilet a little slippery. I went in the off season, so I didn't have a buffet breakfast, so I was served breakfast in my room, I quite like the way to taste the pho here. Room rates before Tet are also cheap. In general, the couple is satisfied.

Khách sạn rất tuyệt Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình chu đáo rất thân thiện Bữa sáng buffet ngon và đa dạng trình bày đẹp mặt Sảnh chờ và phòng ốc sang trọng chuẩn tiêu chuẩn 5* Ở đây có dịch vụ cho thuê xe với 150k/ ngày Và thuê bàn bia với giá 200k/h Ngày mình đến không may mắn thay là TV còn hơi ít kênh và cáp đường truyền còn có lỗi nhưng kháchsạn đã khắc phục. Biển đối diện kháchsạn là biển không có bãi cát nên không được phép bơi. Tuy nhiên có bãi gần đó đi xe máy chỉ mất 2-3’ nên cx tiện Rất hài lòng

Very good hotel with lovely and helpful staffs. It’s really good for family and lover. A short hair women staff at the reception counter is soooooooo kind and helpful. I tried to use grap taxi but the price wasn’t nice so she came to help me immediately to deal with taxi that co-coperared with hotel with a good price ever! Not only her but also others staff always helpful! Love it I will be back there for sure!

The air conditioner was automatically turned off continuously. At the time of check-in, the staff was asked to check in, the staff only saw and instructed the use, not carefully checked as the guest said. I couldn't wake up at night, so I had to call technician to fix it at 2:00 am because the door was closed but the air conditioner still shut down. After seeing the employee turn off the automatic function, the staff will not suffer any more.
