New hotel, nice interior, large rooms. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Good price. SUPER BEAUTIFUL swimming pool. SUPER BEAUTIFUL swimming pool. SUPER BEAUTIFUL swimming pool. Cross the road to see the Sea. Love it.

Phòng ốc: khá ổn và sạch sẽ. Trong phòng có nước và khăn đầy đủ, gối dư và chăn. Nhà hàng ăn sáng: đồ ăn không ngon và bị nguội, bánh gói có bánh bị chua, chỉ có rau là tươi. Nhưng bù lại nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Dịch vụ: - Lễ tân: có vẻ trong thời gian Tết, thái độ nhân viên hơi thiếu chuyên nghiệp do khách du lịch đông. Mọi thứ chờ hơi lâu và nhân viên bị quá tải, dẫn đến thái độ không được vui vẻ. - Hồ bơi và phòng gym: phòng gym ít máy, hồ bơi xuống cấp. - Mát-xa: giá cả tốt, nhưng lúc đầu lễ tân đưa phiếu thông tin thì có in giảm giá 20%, lúc lên tới thì vẫn để bảng 20%, nhưng lúc hỏi thì bảo là không áp dụng vào dịp Tết. Nhân viên mát-xa thân thiện nhưng cũng thiếu chuyên nghiệp, mình đi chung với bạn thì nhân viên mat-xa cho bạn mình bị ốm nhưng không mang khẩu trang, cửa phòng luôn được mở khi đang mát-xa trong khi tụi mình đang không mặc đồ đầy đủ. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ tăng tiền lương cho nhân viên để ít nhắc khách cho tiền típ. Tóm lại, khách sạn này sẽ là lựa chọn tuyệt vời nếu bạn chỉ muốn có 1 chỗ ngủ sạch sẽ và vị trí thuận lợi để đi mọi nơi. Còn không thì dịch vụ chưa đạt 4 sao.

1 trải nghiệm tuyệt vời khi nghỉ dưỡng tại Canvas. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp, nhân viên luôn nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Đến anh Bảo vệ, anh trưởng an ninh luôn nở nụ cười trên môi. Cảm ơn với món quà sinh nhật đặt tại phòng, quá bất ngờ. Có dịp tôi sẽ ghé khách sạn tiếp. Các bạn đi Đà Nẵng thì đặt khách sạn này nhé. ❤️

Khách sạn đẹp, sang trọng, tiện nghi ^^ đồ ăn ngon miệng nhưng có một điều mình không hề thích đó là việc nhân viên xếp phòng cho mình! Mình đặt phòng trên app là grand beach front với hình ảnh phòng có ban công :vvv tới lúc nhận phòng thì lại xếp cho mình phòng có view biển nhưng không có ban công :)))) nói nhân viên thì lại họ lại bảo là ưu tiên cho khách ghi chú ở phần đặt phòng là “cần phòng ban công” hơn. Trong khi đó mình không hề biết đến việc này của khách sạn là phải note lại thì mới có phòng ban công 🥲 Trên app cũng không hề có một lưu ý nào về việc muốn phòng ban công thì phải note lại :)))))))) Mong bên khách sạn và app khắc phục điều này để không có hiểu lầm nữa xảy ra ạ
