Friendly staff. The hostel should improve sanitation conditions, especially in bathrooms. Overall, it’s nice to contemporarily stay here to a couple of nights.

The staff asked the guests to provide their ID card so that the staff could take a photo of both sides for the purpose of registering their stay, which is against the regulations on the right to protect personal information The staff asked for an additional deposit of 100k upon check out and it would be refunded, which is not in the policy on Traveloka that this accommodation introduced. There is a card scanner but it charges a 4% fee The free breakfast is not as described on the menu, it is all instant food, fast food. The menu says Vietnamese pho but the establishment actually serves pho wrapped with an extra fried egg

The hotel did not check booking on the app, so our group did not have a private room for 4 people as booked on the app. Although we have rearranged the 12-bed dorm room for us, it is inevitable that we have to share with others. Sympathy for the staff who tried to arrange but still made it difficult for us to move a lot of things, suitcases in the common room. The last resource that can be accepted is that the staff member tried to prepare breakfast for us at 5am to catch the train even though the hotel only served breakfast at 7am.

Very friendly staff, strategic location, clean room. It's just a pity the water had died on the second day, so we had to take a shower in the shared bathroom. As compensation we were given additional free mineral water.
