Not very friendly staff. Weak connection and tricky sign-in. New and clean facilities and fine collection, though.

Ha Tien Xua Hotel & Resort
The hotel was very disrespectful when welcoming guests, it was written on the information board that they were using a breakfast buffet, but when asked, they said that the number of guests did not require it, so they could only order food.
Booked a room with 2 beds (3-4 guests) but only had 2 towels, and the number of breakfast vouchers was also only 2 vouchers.
Note that they needed a room on the ground floor but they arranged for guests to stay on the 1st floor (without any prior notice or apology...)
The power went out all day and could not be fixed... guests stayed to relax but did not feel comfortable at all... even though they spent 1 million VND + tax of nearly 1,200,000 VND/night, they did not feel it was worth the money spent.
Will never return to this hotel.
Do not rate this hotel as 3-4 stars.
Infrastructure and service are very poor.

Sele House
I booked this one as a mistake of the Name (Phao Dai “ward” in stead of Phao Dai “resort”) However, the experience I got here still well. They have full basic facilities as expected: hot shower, TV.. The only downside is it locates in the city, not close to any attractions or beach, so no way to watch sunrise or sunset; if you want to enjoy them, you have to take a walk to embankment. Moreover, this hotel is surrounded by bird-nest farms, so you will heard bird sound 24/7 by the speakers, not much from the birds (surprise XD) However, the hotel is quite close to Ha Tien night market, so it’s best for those seeking to fresh seafood and local gourmet. And did I mention the Gym is only 2 minutes from here as well :)) Still worth to try. Personally, I just learned from the local that with this range of price I can have another option from a resort right at Mui Nai beach. Till next time then

Bien Tay Hotel
The support staff is very enthusiastic, even though we arrived a few hours early, they still helped us check in. The room is near the beach, clean and airy, with a spacious parking lot.
