I have a short stay here after reaching Hanoi. We stayed here for 1 night. We came during 30th Sept 2025 right after Typhoon Bualoi. We stayed in the Premium room. The room is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities needed. There were two receptionists when we arrived. They are so kind and helpful. They helped to bring our luggage to our room. One of them even brought us to our room and explained to us about the room. Really thoughtful of him! He is soft spoken and really helpful even though he didn’t know much English. The next morning we were rushed to go to Sapa via limousine van, but the staff was so helpful. If I can give 10 stars to this hotel, I will do so! Thanks so much for having us here. I regret that I didn't take any photos here😭

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful. This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the amazing team for making my trip so memorable!
