The hotel is at a strategic place where you can walk to the cafe and a lot of restaurants, near to the Banh Mi and Pho places, and not to mention the hospitality is top 💯 notch! Will surely recommend it to a friend :)

It was a great experience, with very friendly service from Christina. She was very helpful, upgrading my room to a balcony. The room was new and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helped us find our way and arranged all the pick-up times very well. I would highly recommend it. It's close to many eateries in the Old Quarter and Circle K. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. They even contacted us via WhatsApp one day before check-in to confirm our arrival details. Since we were visiting during the summer and the weather was very hot, they kindly turned on the air conditioning in our room before we arrived, which was a thoughtful gesture. There was a small issue with the air conditioning in the room we originally booked, but the team handled it professionally and quickly. They arranged for us to stay at another hotel under the same brand and also provided complimentary breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. As my wife is currently pregnant, the hotel generously upgraded us to a larger room, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. This level of care and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The staff also provided comprehensive recommendations for local food and places to visit around Hanoi, which helped us make the most of our trip. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Hanoi.

My family and I recently stayed at Classy Boutique Hotel, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Every day, the staff thoughtfully asked about our plans, checked whether we needed breakfast packed to go, and made sure everything was prepared according to our schedule. A special thanks to Tuan, who was incredibly fast, attentive, and sincere in helping us throughout our stay. On one occasion, when we stayed in our room longer than usual, the staff became concerned that we might not be feeling well and even offered to help us get medicine. That level of care is something we rarely experience. When they noticed that our room might feel a little small for two adults and two children, they generously upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. When the TV had a technical issue, it was fixed remarkably quickly. We would also like to thank Hana, who was always friendly and happy to share useful information about Hanoi, its history, and the stories behind Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Christine was equally wonderful, helping us understand all the hotel benefits and providing valuable recommendations for sightseeing and local cuisine, including trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. What impressed us most was not just the excellent service, but the genuine kindness of every staff member. They made us feel less like guests and more like family. The atmosphere was warm, caring, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The most touching moment came during checkout. The staff stood outside by our car, smiling warmly and sincerely wishing us a safe journey. They expressed their hope to see us again when we return to Hanoi. It was both a happy and emotional farewell. Without any hesitation, if we return to Hanoi in the future, Classy Boutique Hotel will be our first choice again.
