We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which made a great first impression. When we had an issue with the WiFi, they came immediately to check and fix it, which we really appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept really well. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit in the future.

Strategic location, spacious room, all services are ok and friendly, there is only one thing that is confusing, because we are more people we are asked to pay, when we paid initially we were asked to pay in cash, because I didn't have cash I used a CC, it was written an additional 5 percent but was asked for 10 percent because the reason was that it wasn't a local Vietnamese bank, because we were tired and didn't want to make a fuss we paid, it turned out that when we got home we ordered a car to the airport from the hotel using a CC and only got an additional 5 percent, so it means they are unscrupulous, it's a shame even though everything was perfect, as input, please discipline such unscrupulous people

"I just had a stay at Classic Boutique Hotel. The biggest plus is its location on Hang Ca Street – just a few steps from Dong Xuan Market or Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by countless delicious food options. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is very quiet and clean. The staff are incredibly attentive, always happy to recommend authentic local eateries. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms are decorated in a very elegant classic style. I will definitely return!"
