We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which made a great first impression. When we had an issue with the WiFi, they came immediately to check and fix it, which we really appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept really well. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit in the future.

The room is much smaller than the photo. Get ready to be giant in a dwarf town, I'm 5’7, and feeling so big in this old town part of Hanoi. The hotel has a unique location for who want to explore the Old Town - Pho Co Ha Noi. You can walk and have so many choices of food, luckily the government forced the price to be published nowadays. One big reason I want to come back here and give a higher score in general is because of the staff, they’re so attentive and welcoming with genuine hospitality. You will feel like HOME with the staff here. Bravo to the owner whoever he is, I admire his way to make his staff working hard with a good attitude. It made all the uncomfortable of the room seem bearable and wish to visit them once awhile. This is the view from my window. It’s worth to see every morning and hear all the sounds of an ancient town
