The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s convenient to get around and it’s located near popular food and shopping. The service staff are also excellent and great at giving recommendations on food. Highly recommend.

I really loved the hospitality at this hotel. Every single staff member was genuinely helpful. There’s Ben, who always gave us great recommendations about places to visit in Hanoi, and Miss Lola, who was super helpful too. At one point we forgot to buy a tripod, and when we asked for help, she immediately got one for us. Everything was handled so quickly and smoothly. The hotel is also right in the city center, so it’s really convenient to get anywhere. Overall, such a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s seriously so good!

So we stayed here twice, which allowed us to leave our large luggage when we went to Sa Pa. Staff were very helpful, providing recommendations on their preferred cafes in the train coffee route, which is only a 600m walk away. The hotel is next to Bahn Mi 25, a popular bahn mi place & just close to everything.

The hotel service is very good and satisfying, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, we highly recommend you to stay here🤩

The room badly needs soundproofing improvement, couldn't rest well during the stay. The staff are friendly but too pushy offering extra activities. The location is good in the center of Old Quarter.

Strategic location, spacious room, all services are ok and friendly, there is only one thing that is confusing, because we are more people we are asked to pay, when we paid initially we were asked to pay in cash, because I didn't have cash I used a CC, it was written an additional 5 percent but was asked for 10 percent because the reason was that it wasn't a local Vietnamese bank, because we were tired and didn't want to make a fuss we paid, it turned out that when we got home we ordered a car to the airport from the hotel using a CC and only got an additional 5 percent, so it means they are unscrupulous, it's a shame even though everything was perfect, as input, please discipline such unscrupulous people
