All staff in Classy Hotel are so nice, helpful, and fast response. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. The location is also perfect, close to everywhere in Old Quarter, and easy to find food.

The hotel is great, with a view of the Old Quarter, and convenient for getting around to Hanoi's entertainment and dining spots. The reception staff are lovely, I really liked them.

The room was very spacious, nice, and close to everything. It was also close to an ATM, and right in front of the hotel was the viral Banh Mi 25. It was really great.

A very pleasant stay here at Classy Boutique! Staff is very supportive, helped us in English, showed us around interesting places in Hanoi, and even supported us by giving a very early breakfast (around 5:30 AM) because we needed to go to Sapa in the morning. So recommended!
