Staff very friendly & location strategic

All staff & manager warm, nice and kind. Got a welcome drink. The room was clean, the toilet was clean. The hotel has a lift. The AC is cool. Everyday they clean our room and refill mineral water. If you use bus 86 from Noi Bai airport to the hotel, you can stop at Long Bien transit point then walk around 900M or use Grab. The location is beside Banh Mi 25 so you can order, and the staff will bring it to the hotel, and you can eat at the hotel. The location is also near to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, Uniqlo, Bancong Cafe, Cafe Giang, Note Cafe, etc.

It was really amazing staying in this hotel. Location wise, it’s in the center of the old quarter so it’s very convenient. The staffs are totally amazing. We were accompanied and assisted by Christina, Tony, Alice, and many more. They were super amazing! The hospitality are beyond level, they greeted us, helped us a lot with the directions, tips and tricks, their english are amazing, and other stuffs. I would totally recommend this hotel to stay!! 10/10 defff!!
