The resort is suitable for the elderly, adults and children. There are many amusement parks, beautiful scenery, clean modern rooms. Minus point for the restaurant, maybe because the guests are too crowded, the table service is not fast. However, the buffet has many dishes, delicious and suitable for taste. The resort is located on the edge of the city, so it is quite far to move to the center.

For only 3 million nights/2 people, I can enjoy a 5-star space, and also have Onsen bath service + water park + breakfast buffet + Japanese-style sightseeing space, it's really worth it! Experience beyond your expectations! From the reception, the support staff to the restaurants in the resort are all very nice! This stay at Mikazuki we feel extremely 'healing' because it is not crowded. Coming here to stay, I think it's better to spend all the time in here, because it has enough services, no need to go out because the location is also quite far from the center. Suitable for those who want to go on vacation, just stay here to relax and play because the atmosphere is very peaceful. And if you want to go to the play center, it's quite far. It all depends on the individual's needs!

New hotel, new facilities, modern, Japanese style rooms, simple but sophisticated. The water park and facilities, in my opinion, are suitable for young children (around 7-12 years old) because there are few games and no games suitable for older children.

I went on my wedding anniversary, the hotel prepared a cake and decorated the room very thoughtfully. I was extremely satisfied. Advantages: The room was spacious, I stayed on the 18th floor with a view of Mount Fuji, very chill, the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and was very suitable for my taste. The staff were friendly. Disadvantages: The beach is across the street from the hotel, so I haven't been to the beach yet. The artificial beach playground is located indoors, the water is warm but the wind is so strong that my baby caught a cold. The playground requires separate tickets for each item, which is a bit expensive. Yukata rental service 100k/person

Food options at Mikazuki are worse than almost any hotel we've been to across the world, but nothing is as bad, anywhere, as Nami Beach Club across the street. Our last two stays we attempted to order food and drinks here and both times an hour has gone by and we simply had to get up and leave without ever being served. This, with 5 customers and 20 employees. The service at Nami borders on purposely bad. Lazy as best. To apologize the hotel game me a membership card to their rewards club...which i already had.

Stayed here in May 2025. Would not recommend this place. The resort has 2 water parks which Is the main draw. Hotel is far from the city and there is nothing to do around. The hotel is quite stingy. It is the first time where I experienced that hotel gives 700 ml water per day (2 small bottles) for 2 adults and 2 children. When asked for more water they said we need to return the pepsi in the mini bar and get water. Found it funny. Food options are ok. Buffet usually has a queue. The staff is ok but they follow the hotel policy so cannot really blame
them. Rooms are ok but below 5 star standard in South East Asia. There is a mart below but with very limited options. For beach you need to take a golf cart . Beach club is fine but too crowded. Same for water park as it’s not easy sometimes to
find an empty bench to sit. I believe for the same amount of money you can get better options .

The water park is overpriced with only 2 water slides. Slides have height and weight requirement, however these are only visible after you pay to go in. We paid additional £100 for the use of the water park but we could not use it due to the restrictions. The hotel refused to refund us or provide hotel credit. Only the next day they agreed to flex their restrictions and my son was allowed to use the slide.
There is no need to pay for the water park
The hotel has enough outdoor pools.
Overall, the experience was good but we were left with a bad feeling after the issue with the water park.
The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from.

The hotel is about 30mins (11km) taxi ride from the city, and there aren't many places to eat or explore nearby. We ended up heading into town every evening for dinner, night markets, and massages. They have Grab services which is similar to Uber and one way trip to the night market would cost around $170,000 D
Room
We stayed in a villa about 70 meters from the main hotel building. The area is surrounded by trees, so you might see some geckos and bugs around the building. We did run into a few minor issues, like the air conditioning not being strong enough and there was some water leaking in the showers. We reported these to the hotel, and they were quick to fix them - cleaning the aircon filter and replacing the showers seals. The villa opened before the main hotel building which was in operation in June 2022, so we didn’t mind
The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. They were kind enough to allow us 2pm as our flight was scheduled at 4.35pm. The housekeeping team even left us a lovely thank-you note along with some special bed arrangements for the minor issues we faced during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already planning to return next year. If you're looking for a family-friendly holiday in Da Nang, this is definitely the resort you want to check out!

Beautiful resort. Excellent service. The outdoor waterpark was fun! The indoor one was a let down as only 2 out of our party of 8 could ride the water slides as they had very specific height and weight limits (between 35-90kg- so none of our kids or husband could use and between 1.2m - 1.9m).

Aaaamazing! Can’t say enough about this. Indoor and outodoor water park, super friendly service, constantly kept clean, smells and looks clean, amazing amenities, perhaps the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Infinity pool and extra pools next to the beach with restaurants. Golf carts available for transport around the huge resort. Highly recommend and a must when in Da Nang! Definitely will be staying here again in a heartbeat.

The swimming pool water park was so good. It was so good for the children. However, during my two-day stay, I asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. After two calls, they did it after 3 o'clock. It was too late
