The resort is suitable for the elderly, adults and children. There are many amusement parks, beautiful scenery, clean modern rooms. Minus point for the restaurant, maybe because the guests are too crowded, the table service is not fast. However, the buffet has many dishes, delicious and suitable for taste. The resort is located on the edge of the city, so it is quite far to move to the center.

For only 3 million nights/2 people, I can enjoy a 5-star space, and also have Onsen bath service + water park + breakfast buffet + Japanese-style sightseeing space, it's really worth it! Experience beyond your expectations! From the reception, the support staff to the restaurants in the resort are all very nice! This stay at Mikazuki we feel extremely 'healing' because it is not crowded. Coming here to stay, I think it's better to spend all the time in here, because it has enough services, no need to go out because the location is also quite far from the center. Suitable for those who want to go on vacation, just stay here to relax and play because the atmosphere is very peaceful. And if you want to go to the play center, it's quite far. It all depends on the individual's needs!

Trẻ em từ 0–5 tuổi: được miễn phí khi ngủ chung giường có sẵn với bố mẹ.

Trẻ em từ 6–11 tuổi: phụ thu 700.000 VNĐ/trẻ/đêm khi ngủ chung giường có sẵn (đã bao gồm bữa sáng).

Từ 12 tuổi trở lên: được tính như người lớn và phụ thu 1.650.000 VNĐ/người/đêm (đã bao gồm bữa sáng).

Mỗi phòng có thể chứa tối đa 2 trẻ em từ 11 tuổi trở xuống khi ngủ chung giường với bố mẹ (có thể phát sinh phụ phí như nêu trên).

✓ THỦ TỤC NHẬN PHÒNG:

Theo quy định của Chính phủ Việt Nam, tất cả khách lưu trú đều phải xuất trình giấy tờ tùy thân hợp lệ khi nhận phòng.

- Đối với khách nước ngoài: Cần xuất trình hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực với visa hoặc dấu nhập/xuất cảnh, hoặc thẻ tạm trú/thẻ thường trú.

- Đối với khách Việt Nam: Cần xuất trình Căn cước công dân (CCCD), ứng dụng VNeID, hoặc Giấy khai sinh cấp độ 2 có mã định danh cá nhân (đối với trẻ em) do cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp.

Vui lòng xuất trình các giấy tờ nêu trên cùng với thẻ tín dụng khi nhận phòng.

Khách sạn yêu cầu đặt cọc bằng tiền mặt hoặc thẻ tín dụng 1.000.000 VNĐ/phòng/đêm khi nhận phòng để đảm bảo cho các chi phí phát sinh hoặc hư hỏng trong thời gian lưu trú. Số tiền này sẽ được hoàn lại khi trả phòng.

✓ Khách sạn Da Nang Mikazuki thông báo rằng khu vực Hinode Garden sẽ được tiến hành cải tạo và nâng cấp bắt đầu từ ngày 01/10/2025 và kéo dài cho đến khi có thông báo mới. Tất cả các khu vực khác vẫn hoạt động và phục vụ bình thường.

✓ CHILDREN AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY:

Children 0–5 years old: stay free of charge when using existing bedding

Children 6–11 years old: charged VND 700,000/child/night when using existing bedding (breakfast included).

Please provide the name of the lead guest who will be staying at the time of booking. The credit card holder’s name must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel.

In compliance with Vietnamese Government regulations, all guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.

- For foreign guests: A passport with a valid visa or entry/exit stamp, or a permanent/temporary resident card is required.

- For Vietnamese guests: A Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), the VNeID application, or a Level 2 Birth Certificate with a personal identification code (for children), issued by a competent authority, is required.

Please kindly present the above documents and credit card upon check-in.

A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

✓ In the case of room types with the Spa Inclusive name, please note that:

Included: 60-minute spa treatment for 2 adults at SIA SPA.

Treatment Option: Energy recovery treament - Shiatsu.

Reservation: Advance reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to date of usage.

✓ Access to certain facilities may be subject to the regulations of Da Nang Mikazuki Hotel and Mikazuki Water Park 365, including opening hours and age/height/weight restrictions for slides and adventure games.

✓ Da Nang Mikazuki notifies that the renovation and enhancement work on the Hinode Garden Area will commence on October 1st, 2025, and continue until further notice. All other areas will remain fully operational and serviced as usual.

The waterpark and amenities on site were great for our family. The one down side is it is about 20minutes from the city and most cheap eats. While they do have great restaurants on site they are quite pricey for Vietnam standards. You can not being in outside food either so grab is not an option. We did have a few cleanliness hiccups on arrival but the team were lovely about it and promptly assisted.
