The hotel is great. My family of 2 adults and 1 child went on weekdays, the staff was very polite, enthusiastic, and fun. The swimming pool is large and clean and has many play areas for children. 5 star hotel but the price is ok

The hotel is new so everything is very clean. Every corner is beautiful. The swimming pool is large, clean and has many entertainment activities. Delicious food on target. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stomach, I will come back with my friends soon hihi

After experiencing 1 night, I have my own assessment according to my own standards as follows (I'm a bit strict about choosing hotels), so this is a bit of an objective opinion: - Regarding hotel space: spacious enough to meet 5-star standards , clean rooms (should leave the tissue box outside instead of the toilet), good soundproofing, new. However, it doesn't have the luxurious scent needed to increase comfort and relaxation and impress guests (because I hear the smell of dried fish a lot when I come here because people are drying fish nearby. For example, when the wind comes, it will create a smell. discomfort) => overcome by burning essential oils...bla bla. Scent is very important in creating feelings. - About the staff: friendly, support guests when needed. - Swimming pool: beautiful and spacious, but it's only 5pm when you turn off the massage jacuzzi and feel disappointed because it's only at that time you can go swimming and turn it off while you can't swim until 10pm? Strong minus. In the morning, I didn't see it open and I didn't see anyone bringing bow and arrow games to play anymore :( - Food: okla has healthy dishes. (I eat little so I only rate the basic dishes). - Fruit snack bar. self-service: you should change the type of fruit instead of just plums, longans, and apples because apples are very wilted. => Fruit also shows your 5-star class! I honestly rate it, because if I were a manager, what would you do? Whatever you want, put it into customer service and one day customers will come back. If not, they will only come once at most! Nice open space, large swimming pool, with many games for children to play, close to the sea. The staff are supportive. However, the breakfast is a bit small, the facilities and the interior of the room are not really good.

Khách sạn mới khai trương nên gối mùi hơi khó chịu. Máy lạnh cảm ứng lúc lạnh nóng nên giấc ngủ không ngon. Mấy bạn nhân viên nhẹ nhàng nhưng không nhiệt tình. khách sạn muốn hướng đến sự tự phục vụ nhưng đó là câu chuyện sau này. Mới khai trương nhưng không có nhân viên hỏi thăm đánh giá hay việc trải nghiệm ntn. Lúc check out cũng kiểu bơ bơ khách thấy lâu bảo xong rồi 🤣. Mình uống 1 trái dừa mà quên tính tiền luôn mới ghê. Mình nhắc mới check. Về cơ sơ vật chất không gian thì ok. Gd có trẻ nhỏ sẽ ưng đó.
