There is a noise of machinery somewhere coming into the room. It seems the soundproofing is not very good. The car park should have a lot of trees or a roof because if you go out to the parking lot in the hot noon, you might faint.

Good service. There is a staff named Tuyet Doan who is extremely cute, attentive and thoughtful. The security guards are the same.

The room is spacious, with a nice view. But this time I came back, the tea break was more limited than the previous time I stayed. The coffee was no longer made by machine, only pre-made coffee (not good), the tea break cake was hard and small for my little one to eat (chao cake). In general, the tea break was not as impressive as the first time I came.

The bathroom lacked a comb and razor, so the receptionist had to bring them up. The room was smaller than expected, but had a very airy balcony. The soundproofing was not good, and you could hear the sound of an electric toothbrush and the water coming from the next room.

The resort space is beautiful, the swimming pool and playground facilities are quite good. On weekdays, it is quite deserted. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, but the lunch is not very tasty. From the resort to the seafood restaurant area on the walking street is quite far, the restaurants are also good, the seafood is fresh. On Saturday, there is foam spraying at the pool, which is quite strange.

Spacious, clean room, diverse play area for children. Delicious dinner buffet but very bad lunch menu. Ordered fish porridge but the porridge was like plain porridge with fish added.

Professional and friendly staff, spacious car park, welcome drink counter with chao cake, coffee, free water, however the ice machine is very small so only a few people can take it, when there are many guests the staff is not flexible to bring more ice for guests, the hot water machine is broken so tea cannot be made. The room is very clean, however the soundproofing is extremely poor, the swimming pool is very large, there are many interesting activities, Pool party, BBQ.. there is a play area for children along with many interesting daily workshops. Breakfast buffet is ok, delicious cakes, however I booked a dinner buffet at the restaurant, 999,000++/pax but when I actually went to eat, there was no fresh food, only frozen food, tiny crabs, no crabs, very little food, like a normal dinner buffet, however there is a cake area with a Halloween concept which is very interesting and delicious. When you come here, you should try the cakes, the bakery here makes them very well. The beach has many breakwaters that look dirty and unsightly. You can still play and swim on the beach, but you shouldn't go too far.

The service, staff, and activities here are good. However, the rooms are not soundproof, which affects your rest time.

The first thing to praise is that the staff here are extremely friendly, cute and professional. Trang (Lucie(?)) checked in, Thuan helped with luggage, room service (I don't know the name) set up food for me on the balcony so that night I had a very chill meal. And Thuong did my checkout very friendly and professional, she suggested that I register for Banyan Tree membership to get a massage voucher and a drink voucher so that after I checked out, I wouldn't get bored waiting for the bus back to Ho Chi Minh. Oh, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. All the staff at the resort smiled brightly at the guests, very professional. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, had a balcony overlooking the sea and the swimming pool.

Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. The travel time to get there is very early and having to wait until 3pm is too long. If the room is available early, you can still support early check in even until 2pm. It takes half a day to get checked in.

The place is very nice, the swimming pool area, the green trees are ok, but the sea is not swimmable. The dinner buffet is not very good compared to the price of 499k. My family of 5 people including 2 9-year-old children ate the buffet, the total bill was 3.1 million, a bit expensive. If I stayed at other nearby places, I think I wouldn't be able to finish all the delicious food..

New resort. Swimming pool suitable for families. The lake is very cool in the afternoon. Enthusiastic and polite staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Utilities are relatively good.

Check-in at 4:30 p.m. is still early after playing and traveling from Vung Tau - Ho Tram, still in time to catch the sunset at the hotel or nearby locations in Ho Tram. The staff is enthusiastic to welcome, the water bar, free cakes served in the morning, along with great experiences such as swimming pool, game area: archery, handmade activities, .... like a resort playground suitable for all ages.

The resort is very clean, every corner is cleaned carefully, but there are many small things missing such as an iron. I called the receptionist and the iron was quite bad and water was splashing everywhere. The surrounding space is beautiful and the design is quite harmonious, but the bedroom is not well soundproofed, I was startled when I slept because the next room was very noisy and the hallway made an unpleasant sound every time someone walked. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner so there should be more dishes and the price should be adjusted to be reasonable. I ate at the Mall in Ho Chi Minh City and the price was not that high. If I had to go out to eat, it would be very far and inconvenient. I could not stay long because there was a lack of lunch and dinner. The service style is good, in the future when the coconut trees grow bigger, it will be very beautiful.

Buffet ăn sáng nhiều món, nhưng mà nhà hàng hơi nhỏ nên nhiều khách phải chờ. Có phòng gym miễn phí. Trải nghiệm tốt, có thể sẽ quay lại.
