Diamond Stars Ben Tre Hotel

Diamond Star Hotel Bên Tre really impressed us by exterior and interior design for such a 5 star hotel in Ben Tre where we firstly thought to book a mini hotel when reaching the city till the moment we saw Diamond Star located right to the river and local market with lots of things to explore for one night stay. The bed room is very very comfortable with its design (spacious bathroom, very nice view from the window as well as the small balcony. A big thank to Xuyến (front office supervisor) who allocated our room with very nice view which made our stay a wonderful one. The male concierge (forgot to obtain his name) who greeted us with warm welcome and smiling face right at the main door, offered his assistance to take care of our bags and shared with us all useful information related to tourist spots and nice places to eat delicious food around. Another male concierge (afternoon shift) was also so nice and friendly to direct us for nice food at the other side of the bridge which is few steps from the hotel. Breakfast dishes are nice enough to say, restaurant staffs are friendly and offer guests further assistance. I personally doubt myself for a 5 star hotel in town like Ben Tre till I experienced my stay there. For sure, Diamond Star will be our first choice for accommodation in Bên Tre. Thanks all for being so nice and friendly to all guests.

It is a grear experience staying here a rest weekend. Will defenitely return to this place once I get a chance. Highly recommended.

I had a stay here. Everything is comfortable. Everywhere I can see the beautiful scenery, the fresh air makes me feel so peaceful.

Cute and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited. Because there are outside guests to eat, it is very crowded, but the counter for water and omelet only has 1 staff member, so customers wait a long time to get their dishes. Need to improve

The hotel sells packaged coffee at the gift shop, but the guest room only has tea without coffee. When asked, the receptionist said that the coffee was over. Hotel with 5 stars but no coffee? When checking in, ask to keep the guest's passport? When I do not agree to keep the new return? No 5 star hotel works like that. The rest of the hotel is beautiful, the room view is beautiful. Only the service is not good. The breakfast buffet has few dishes, not corresponding to the 5-star level, but compared to the price, it is reasonable.
