The most luxurious, high-quality, and beautiful hotel in Ben Tre. The staff are lovely, the lobby is spacious, and there are plenty of tables and chairs for guests to sit and wait while the staff checks them in. Breakfast wasn't overly varied, but it was hot and quite delicious. The swimming pool is quite large, but it was too cold to swim in at the beginning of the year. 😭 The room had delicious Gunam ginger tea. The room was clean and smelled nice. 10/10!

A wonderful vacation, the hotel is close to the city center, suitable for families.

When I arrived to check in at around 3 PM on January 31, 2026, the male receptionist's communication and attitude were discriminatory and judgmental, making me feel very uncomfortable. The staff member who assisted me to my room was much better and had a much better attitude compared to that male receptionist. When I checked out, the staff checked and found a missing laundry bag, which they informed me about. My friend had mistakenly taken it. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes and asking the receptionist if the check-out process was complete, they said, "It was completed when we received the laundry bag," without saying a word, making us wait. A 5-star experience, but the service was not satisfactory; it felt overrated.

The hotel is located next to Go Vap central market, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and there's a super delicious beef noodle soup restaurant right next to the hotel.

The receptionist announced the check-out time at 12:00 but did not clearly inform that the room would be locked at exactly 12:00, so I had to work outside and returned to the room 1 minute late and it was locked again. I had to go back down to the receptionist to ask to open the door to get my luggage. The breakfast was not delicious but not rich compared to the standards of a 4.5 star hotel. The bathroom did not have a hood for women. The swimming pool was not beautiful compared to the hotel standards.

The location is right in the center and the river view is nice, the room is also clean, the towels are old. The breakfast is not up to 5-star standard, very few dishes. The worst thing is that in the evening our family went up to the 5th floor to drink water, when we entered it was 9:28 and when the water was brought out at 9:37, the waiter said they closed at 10:00. I ordered the bill was over 700k but they told me to drink within 15 minutes. No one informed me when I ordered, if they knew the closing time, I would not have ordered the water. A 5-star hotel with such poor service is only worth 3 stars.

The receptionists are like fishmongers. I booked 3 rooms (6 rooms in total) for a total of 1.1 million VND. When I checked in (because I was late and wanted to hurry - I gave my card and ID card and all) I turned around and went up, 2-3 receptionists rushed up "Oh sister - oh sister - I turned back from the elevator (they were like panicking -) what's wrong, sister: you paid me 1.1 million VND for the room you booked (additional charge).. I was about to leave and said: you just checked in, you're going to eat later, you paid, you didn't run right away..,, no sister - we paid and checked in.... Ok, paying is fine, but the way you jerked your voice made the customer think they didn't know what a customer was, they just printed it - so rushed... So take care of them. I also said "you guys make me think differently about Ben Tre's image on TV and in real life" the hotel is in an ok location, new, clean, spacious, free breakfast, a bit hot to sit in... If the staff is retrained like other big hotels, it will leave a better impression.

The water pipe in the balcony area is a bit dirty.

The room is nice and comfortable, the mattress and pillow are soft so I slept well. The breakfast is ok. The hallway and elevator do not have air conditioning so it is quite hot, waiting for the elevator takes a long time. From the elevator door to the first floor, there is a slight smell. Overall, it is ok.
