The worst experience ever. The receptionist wasn't friendly. They let them waited for 45 mins while checking in. The room is much smaller than what they adversity on the app. All facilities are quite old, also the room has mosquitoes. I left the hotel after we're received our room. When we were leaving then didn't ask why we did so.

Phòng xấu và cũ không được như hình. Khách yêu cầu phòng giường đơn nhưng vẫn đưa khách giường đôi. Phòng còn có cửa thông qua phòng khác rất bất tiện và không riêng tư chút nào. Khách sạn lạnh ngắt hơn cả thời tiết bên ngoài. Biết khách sạn lâu đời nhưng nên nâng cấp và tu sửa để phục vụ khách chứ không phải để cái phòng đầy ẩm mốc tường, trần phòng tắm mở tấm thạch cao ra nhưng không gắn lại nhìn rất ghê và nguy hiểm. Một trải nghiệm tồi tệ. Khách sạn bonus cho mỗi phòng thêm chục em muỗi hút máu chơi. Ở khách sạn ở trung tâm mà như ở thôn quê nào.

Hotel is well located and rather clean and tidy... However room size is different from what is advertised and booked in app... about 8 sqm instead of 20 sqm. no window. The specs of the booking should be clearer therefore, because overall it was not that bad, except to find out that the specs are not what you booked for. It is sometimes better to be straight fwd so there is no disappointment and the client will come back again.

- I booked 2 booking but when I checked in, the hotel only received 1 booking, then when I arranged for my family to receive 1 room first, the hotel told me that I had received the remaining booking, so I received more room. The hotel is very well located (near the pedestrian street), but the facilities are very poor. The room is dark, old, mysterious, not new and bright, as clean as the photo on Traveloka. I am a very regular customer using the service of the app (especially air tickets), however, making sincere app suggestions when receiving this assessment should send the department to the hotel to take pictures To be more honest, in order to prevent customers from losing their "image of illustrative nature" I understand that the characteristics of rooms in Hue are often difficult to find good rooms and good rooms like in Da Nang. However, I need real images to consider properly when booking. At that time, I was very disappointed about the room so I didn't take pictures, you could go to practice to verify, and update the image more really on the app. Hope you change. Thank you very much.
