I registered on the app 2 rooms: 1 room for 2 people and 1 room for 4 people. But to the place where the hotel says there is only 1 room for 2 people. After that, the hotel arranged 1 room with 2 others for 4 people. I have to request an extra mattress to cover the floor to make it fit. I do not know the cause from which side but that is not professional.
