Hopefully the Elizabeth hotel team can read this review to improve the service better. The hotel room is nicer in the picture, luxurious, clean, worth the price. The staff here are all friendly and fun. Team Elizabeth should take and post more pictures so that customers can see more clearly the true beauty of the entire hotel area. The current breakfast buffet is very boring, there is no need to prepare too many dishes, but mainly the quality of each dish must be delicious and fresh (instead of canned, carbonated orange juice like the hotel is using). Overall 8/10 points, just improving the breakfast buffet is ok. Well, if there's a microwave in the room, that's great.

My room is nice although some of them don’t have windows that can be opened. When I extended for two days, they threatened to move me unless I paid extra for a tiny balcony even though it looked identical in the picture when I booked so I chose to let them move me. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the first for that to happen especially in a half empty hotel. The swimming pool is big, but quite cold and rarely used. The breakfast Buffett is one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Lots of the staff speak English so that’s a big plus. Also, the biggest king bed I think I have ever seen.

However, our hotel is having a discount for 1 guest, instead of paying for a 2-guest room according to the design, you get a discount if you go alone, not the standard room. accommodated by 1 person. - Toothpaste problem: I don't know what your "savings" means! Because if you need more, the hotel will be ready to provide you with more according to the standard. - Hot water problem: Hot water in the hotel is always ready, maybe because it was raining that day, the system has not yet heated up, just tell the Receptionist as directed and someone will assist immediately. Elizabeth Hotel always listens to your reviews to improve service better. It's pleasure to serve you!

Elizabeth Hotel would like to thank you for your comments. Rooms at Elizabeth are carpeted because in order to prevent the iron from being used by guests, it may accidentally get hurt and if it falls on the carpet, it may be damaged and customers can compensate a large amount of money. So the hotel has a laundry service operating 24/24, you can contact directly to the front desk for 24/24 support.

The bag that I took to charge 15k, I don't think like that for the first time in a hotel. Lun, when I booked, I didn't notice the price of the room, she had 1 person to have to pay a surcharge of 250k/person, too disappointed, lost the card Since asking the staff to fix the camera, I still have not answered, I have compensated 200k for the room until now, no one has called me back.

Laundry bags are equipped for guests to use the laundry service at the hotel and there is no charge, in case the customer is satisfied with the bag's material and brings it back, it will be charged 15,000/piece. Elizabeth Hotel has a rate for 1 guest and 2 guests, next time you can note to review the reservation before paying to avoid the case of mistakenly booking 1 guest, there will be a surcharge of 250,000 guests. / person / day including tax and buffet breakfast. The room key card is handed over to the guest when staying at the hotel. Because of the security issue of the customer, I will compensate 200,000/card for you to cancel the old card and if the hotel can find the room key card you set up. I will contact you to refund your money.

Nice clean room, reasonable price. 4-star service but for 1 guest, the price is also very favorable. Other food is quite good, each breakfast drink is not very good. This hotel is the perfect place to stay

The staff is not enthusiastic, a bit uncomfortable, cumbersome procedures take time, check-in time is more than 30 minutes, breakfast is not very good, it is difficult to borrow a bowl for the baby to eat porridge.

The outside room looks very clean but the inside of the tub is stuck with an old towel, looking pretty dirty. Called twice to notify the receptionist to bring people up to move, but only heard that no one came up. If you do not come up, you have to tell me one hour, but why do you keep silent? Slightly disappointed about that! Anyway, it's 4 stars? The rest are eating and drinking, and room amenities are fine.
