The room was nice, with a view of the Han River, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel's soundproofing wasn't very good (I've stayed in several hotels and they all had poor soundproofing); you could hear everything inside when someone opened the door.

Khách sạn nhìn chung cũng tạm, sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại, view sông thoải mái, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Nhưng có vài điểm cần lưu ý cho mọi người khi đặt phòng. 1/ Thang máy không lên đến hồ bơi, phải đi bộ lên 1 lầu. Và bậc thang rất cao khó đi. 2/ Hồ bơi không được sạch, nước hơi đục. 3/ Buffet sáng cần cải thiện để đa dạng hơn sẽ tốt.

Tôi có để quên 1 đôi cao gót ở khách sạn. Tôi đã chủ động liên hệ nhờ hỗ trợ, bên khách sạn báo đã huỷ mất rồi. Đồ để quên của khách, nếu thấy tại sao không liên hệ khách lại tự ý đem huỷ ?! Đôi cao gót tôi vừa mua của hãng charles & keith để đi chơi, mới mang được 1 tiếng đi ăn tối về mà nói là bị hả mồm, bung keo thì có quá vô lý ko?

khách sạn ổn trong tầm giá, phục vụ đồ ăn sáng nhiều, đa dạng, bể bơi nhỏ nhưng đẹp và tắm thích lắm. chỉ có duy nhất 1 vấn đề là gia đình mình có con nhỏ, đã liên lạc trước với khách sạn xin hỗ trợ đổi phòng vì có 1 chút thay đổi về thời gian nghỉ lại nên mình bị mất phòng giường đôi mà phải chọn phòng 2 giường đơn, khách sạn đồng ý nâng hạng phòng cho mình nhưng đến lúc check in thì lại ns do khách quá đông hết phòng giường đôi nên không nâng được hạng phòng, nếu chọn phòng suite thì phải trả phí gần 1tr cho 2 đêm nghỉ, mình hơi thất vọng, còn lại thì phục vụ tốt, nhân viên niềm nở, gia đình mình cũng khá hài lòng
