Overall, staying at Fleur De Lys was good during my trip but the service for the motorbike renting was not good as I had requested to support changing the helmet but they didnt.
Need to improve the attitude of the staff who helped bring our luggage too.

I am very dissatisfied with booking a hotel through traveloka, I have paid online. But when I want a bill, the hotel does not give me a bill just because I booked online? Meanwhile, I have traveled to many places and have never encountered this situation, I booked online and still got a normal bill. Until I met this hotel. 4 stars but the service is very bad, check-in time is late at 2pm.

My family had a great experience here. The hotel provides baby cots. The pool area with 3 water levels is great for kids. The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes that are easy to eat.

Location, facilities, hygiene, staff, etc. are all very good. But the quality of breakfast, in my opinion, is a bit monotonous, the taste is more for foreigners (Vietnamese people do not like it).
