The main lobby has too few seats for guests to sit while checking in/checking out. The bathrooms have standing water on the floor. The elevators are soaking wet.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and spacious. However, the room was a bit dark, lacking sufficient lighting. The full-length mirror was also blurry. Otherwise, everything was okay 👌

The hotel is located right in the center, just a few dozen meters from the beach. The staff are friendly and polite. Within a radius of about 2km, there are many amenities such as seafood restaurants, casual eateries, souvenir shops, and a night market... It's a place everyone should visit when coming to Quy Nhon. I've stayed there many times and it's always my choice when I come to Quy Nhon with my family.

Overall, staying at Fleur De Lys was good during my trip but the service for the motorbike renting was not good as I had requested to support changing the helmet but they didnt. Need to improve the attitude of the staff who helped bring our luggage too.

I am very dissatisfied with booking a hotel through traveloka, I have paid online. But when I want a bill, the hotel does not give me a bill just because I booked online? Meanwhile, I have traveled to many places and have never encountered this situation, I booked online and still got a normal bill. Until I met this hotel. 4 stars but the service is very bad, check-in time is late at 2pm.
