This home stay was great. The family was very welcoming and helps with your plans during your stay if you want. We were in room 407 on top floor and it was large and comfy king bed and bathroom was fine. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was plentiful and made to order. The area is close to the city centre. The family helped get us bicycles (very reasonable) and we rode the bikes to Trang An boats as well as Mua caves to hike. It was no problem with Google Maps to get there. You cannot beat this price for a homestay and the family is a wealth of knowledge. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place and would stay again! The hotel itself looked recently remodeled. Everything was in working order AND clean. There were thoughtful touches (charger by bed, smart TV, heat lamp in bathroom) that made the place that much nicer. The staff were always willing to help and genuinely cared about the place. The breakfast provided was filling and yummy and I loved having fresh fruit as a bonus.

a great family run budget homestay. the owner and his family were extremely helpful and provided lots of insight on local attractions. travelling solo, i got a easy rider kind of trip for two days, one around the trang an area and the other around cuc phuong/van Long - would recommend for the good price and ease of arrangement. the homestay also made some tasty dinner.

The location is quite good. A bit of a walk from the train station, but close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room price was also very reasonable. The hotel staff were very friendly and had no problem checking me in when I arrived a little early. I was also able to keep the room later than the normal check out time (as my train was late in the evening) for a fraction of the day rate. They were also very helpful when I asked them about things to do/attractions to visit, even going so far as organising a motorbike driver that I could hire for a day and allow me to rent a bicycle for the remaining time I was there. The room itself was small, but large enough. The bed was comfy and had a personal touch with artwork on the walls, etc. All the light switches were labelled so there's no guesswork required on the guest's part. The en-suite was also nice. Although it was more of a wet room as there was no cubicle/curtain enclosing the shower. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ninh Binh.

Spent a lovely 2 nights here and we loved it! Excellent hospitality, rooms, and food. We rented bicycles and rode to Tam Coc and explored the area, it was amazing! The bicycles were in good condition and fun to ride... everything is flat so it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll stay here again. I think I left an article of clothing there, so we’ll be back for sure. :)

一人旅での宿泊でしたが、充分以上の広い部屋でした。家族経営のようであり、皆とても面倒見の良い人たちです。朝食は毎朝メニューから選んで注文し、調理してくれます。特別に調理に長時間を要するというわけではありませんが、時間に余裕をもって朝食の席につきましょう。私は好んでパンケーキを食べていました。
