This hostel is at the central of everywhere but super calm. Staffs were nice, recommended me interesting things nearby and arranged a smooth trip to Halong, Sapa, Ninh Binh to me. The stairs are quite steep, not suitable for old people but no problem for me.

- Great location - right in the center of Old Quarter, so that I could reach some famous streets easily - Far and foremost, extremely helpful staffs. They helped me to book a car to the airport, which is private, affordable and comfortable.

We arrived earlier than their check in time but they let us check in early anyway. The staff also helped to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped with directions, and they even gave us a deal when we bought a case of beer through them! Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful ad the facilities were great for the price of the stay!

In the heart of Hanoi, it was a bit difficult to find due to walking into the alley (alley) but there were no signs outside so I had to ask. Staff extremely friendly and cute. My female dorm book, inside has 2 toilets so it's more private. The stairs are a bit small and narrow but still very ok. Overall I had 2 very comfortable nights here. Will come back dịp

Room is good, staff ok, the only minus is that the toilet on the floor is always stuffy, really inconvenient. Stayed two nights but did not dare to use the upper floor toilet. Hope you guys in homestay Chicken overcome this will be very ok.

GA is an oasis of peacefulness in the middle of the typhoon that is Hoan Kiem Old Quarters. Everything is at a short walking distance. All of the staff there are nice, helpful, interesting and youthful people. It is a nice place to hang out and meat other travelers as well as local people. They organize walking tours with students that know all about Hanoi and want to talk as much English as possible. Of course they organize tours to Sapa, Ha Giang, Halon Bay and whatever else you like. The cooking class is definitely worth trying, way better than the ones you can join in restaurants and such because you get to choose the dishes and its way cheaper. Also, free yoga class :)

Hostel is located in the heart of Hanoi so it is easy to move to famous tourist destinations in Hanoi. Especially the hostel staff are extremely cute and enthusiastic. Although I stayed here for one night, the receptionist became my friend, she led me around the old town and introduced many delicious dishes. About the room, there are mosquitoes :( but large and clean. In general, the hostel is very good, a reasonable place to stay when traveling to Hanoi!

Hostel’s location was very good, right in the center of old quarter. It was easy to go around. But hostel was in small lane, it was hard to find at first, have to see the number. Staffs were friendly.
