The room is a bit old, the towels are dirty. When the receptionist checked out, the phone called for an hour late to show an attitude and hung up the phone.

The reception and restaurant below are friendly. The room is dark, the bathroom is lined with black tiles, the lights are dim, the tiles are dirty, look afraid to take a bath. Internet was really messed up, there are 2 WiFi you can connect in the room but both are bad. They're always messed up every 2-5 minutes and really hard to connect bad, asked the room service and no help at all.

Room has 2 large windows like in the picture, but only window has no view! hallways & elevators have an unpleasant smell. prevention of water-proof paint peeling paint as the picture, very lossy. Definitely not coming back for a second time!

The receptionist's customer service and the management were not flexible during the covid19 epidemic sensitive season. I realize that if a customer booking a room through the omline, the hotel customer service will be very bad.
