The staff is enthusiastic and timely, the rooms are clean, the lobby and stairs are beautiful and luxurious, there is a Highland cafe next to the lobby which is very convenient. The food is diverse, fresh, the breakfast view is airy. If I go to Da Lat in the future, I will come back here to stay.

Because I run a group tour, I have experienced quite a few 4-5 star hotels in different places and this time I chose Golf Valley to stay. I really found Golf Valley's service good, the staff extremely friendly, I was impressed by the guy who brought my luggage to my room that day. When I entered the hotel, the smell was super delicious, the only minus point was the soundproofing in the room, I could still hear the outside a bit clearly. The welcome cake was delicious <3 I recommend everyone to stay here.

I think with a central location, good facilities, good service and a higher room rate than surrounding hotels and a 4-star hotel, the soundproofing must be a bit better! My family stayed for 3 nights, rented 2 rooms, and moved to another room but the soundproofing problem was not solved and we still couldn't sleep for 2 nights, so the hotel should reconsider! Although the breakfast is varied, it is just okay, not delicious or special! I don't think I will come back to this hotel again.

Everything is ok. But the security guard doesn't seem friendly, it's ok if you're older! Uncle helped me carry my suitcase to the car. As for the young security guard, he stood and watched while it was raining heavily that day and was not allowed to use an umbrella to get out of the car. Meanwhile, in the past few customers, I saw him holding an umbrella to cover the customers 🥲 We also hesitated to see if he would hold an umbrella? Because I still have a few bags of stuff in my hand. Seeing no response, I had to go to the car. It's embarrassing to call out because even seeing him standing there, I know it's raining, not that I don't know 🙂‍↕️

I booked the wrong schedule, my family arrived 1 week earlier than the booked schedule. The hotel still supported the change of schedule and helped my family check in immediately. Luckily, because that day, everyone was tired from the long trip, including 4 small children. Thanks to the hotel, my whole family did not have to sit outside and wait. Will come back next time. Thank you to the hotel and the staff for being so enthusiastic!!!
