I paid extra to stay in a 30m2 room, but when I checked in it was still 20m2. When I asked the staff, they said it was posted by traveloka, but in reality the room only had that much, so it had to be fixed. Then there was no other action with the customer, like it was not the hotel's fault but Traveloka's fault. Won't come back.

Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The room is clean but the toilet is sometimes a bit smelly. Breakfast is delicious but not diverse. Convenient location, right in the old town so everywhere you go is close. Will come back if I have a chance to come to Hanoi 🫰

Bed and pillows are awesome! Towels are clean and new! Quiet location but within 10 min walk to night markets! Surroundings with breakfast places and famous restaurants all within few minutes walk away. For the price of sgd 38.50 per night, will give it a 4 star rating.

Even though it is cheap, but the quality of the rooms is top, clean, the food is delicious, given the information that contains bani or not, the receptionist is good, friendly. Recommendation, if going to Hanoi, definitely stay here, not far from the nightmarket, its position in the middle of the Dong Xuan market and hang gain.

The hotel is comfortable and beautiful, located in a convenient old town. I book a flight and hotel combo, only about 360k / night / 2pax including light buffers, quite cheap! Minus points: the bed is covered with 3 layers of mattresses, bed sheets and blankets. Normally, I just climbed into bed and crawled into the blankets without noticing, and came back to flip the blanket over to check to see if I forgot my clothes, then I saw the yellow sheet, feeling horrible! :(
