Hanoi Moonlight Hotel

Khách sạn cũ và dơ, thuê xe máy không rõ ràng với khách hàng và mỗi lễ tân mỗi khác không thống nhất, mình book tour đi Hạ Long thì bảo là ăn buffet nhưng không phải. Khách sạn rất cũ nhỏ và dơ, không dọn dẹp mỗi ngày . Wifi không có.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, very suitable for exploring Hanoi. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so it is a bit tiring to go to the upper floors. The staff is lovely and attentive.

The owner is cute and has a lot of foreign customers hehe. The 2 guys work according to the hours and it's ok. The location is ok, close to many restaurants, churches.

No soundproofing. Very on . Very uncomfortable

I just had a 2 night stay here (the hotel is named Bonjour Hotel, not Hanoi Blue Sky). The plus point is that the weekend room rate is very cheap (314k/night), the room is spacious and comfortable, with a dressing table, wardrobe, TV and refrigerator... the hotel in the center of the old town is easy to move around to visit the attractions. Destination (Hoa Lo Prison, Temple of Literature, Opera House ..) or eating places, having Circle is not on the side of the road which is quite convenient, the receptionist is very friendly and nice ❤️. However, there are some points that I am not satisfied with: + I cannot use the bathtub because it cannot drain the water even though I have tried many ways + The bathroom does not have a place to hang clothes so it is a bit inconvenient + The kettle in my room is hot There is a residue in the water + In the room there is a coat hanger & unfinished clothes, it will be better + The refrigerator does not start but let the guests plug in the electricity a bit + The mattress in the room is a bit softer than usual, so I I'm not used to sleeping very well, a bit tired, so if you like a hard mattress, you can consider it. To sum up, I'm quite satisfied staying here, the two of us don't stay in the room often, so the price & quality gives me a stable voltage, you can refer to it 👌

The room is ok, but the toilet needs to fix the wires and have a place to hang bathing suits

Great! Convenient room in the old town, clean, the owner is a foreigner: very cute, attentive, he can communicate in Vietnamese very well.

The room is spacious and airy, near the old town, so the food and places to go are diverse

The staff welcomes and guides very enthusiastically, always smiling and asking when they meet me. Right in the old town, so it's convenient to travel to many places, great balcony number dzác

Friendly staffs. The building doesn't have elevator so if you have to walk all your way up to get into the room. The breakfast they provided is normally with eggs and toast but you can enjoy more around the Old Quarter. The room is functional but doesn't leave food on the table due to ants. Ants aren't normally found unless there is food around. There are mosquitoes within the room but I can't blame since this is raining season in 'Nam.

Very clean rooms. Emphasis is very clean. The enthusiastic and pleasant staff tội only guilty of having no parking space is still very ok.

Not as true as the service image is too bad

This is my 2nd trip to Vietnam. I chose this hotel because of its location in the Old Quarter area. My choice was right, for that rates, we got a room with 4 bed. Wifi, Ac, Cupboard, Refrigerator, flat TV, and clean bathroom. The room is clean although not too big. But enough .. All employees can speak English, and they are very helpful. Especially Mr Thanh who helped me got a PP ticket to Sapa, even though I booked on departure, also booked Halong Bay tour tickets, and we got a discount for the price of 2 days 1 night. Overall, I am very satisfied with the help of the hotel staff, I highly recommended this hotel. If I were return to Hanoi, I would definitely book this hotel. They also let us store suitcases while we were in "Sapa" and "Halong Bay" 5 days 4 nights. They allow us to take a bath and provided towels, soap and shampoo for our used.. They provided drink like water, tea, coffee and banana 24 hour in the customer service area. Lucky us, they gave us breakfast while we waited Halong Bay Tour pick us, even thought we weren't staying there. Thank you Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel
