Old room, broken lock, dead cockroaches stinking. I don't know if the rooms on the upper floors are nice for foreigners, but my family was assigned a room on the first floor. I booked the room based on the photos but the reality was very different. The room door lock was broken, the bathroom lock was broken, so I had to call the staff to open it for me. Old furniture, dead cockroaches everywhere in the drawers, in the corner of the table legs. My family checked in late at night so we were tired and didn't want to change rooms or hotels because we were only going to sleep for 1 night. But the experience was really bad.

In fact, when your family checked out, they did not complain at all and were still happy. Our hotel has a housekeeping department that cleans the rooms carefully every day, so there are no dead cockroaches or smelly rooms as you described above. I stayed here for 10 days, and it was very impressive. The receptionist can speak English. The superior rooms are quite spacious, the location is close to historical places. Close to the mosque there are also several halal restaurants around. Overall very good for Muslim travelers. And there is an elevator too.

The location is good in center of old the quarter, night market and next to a police station. They gave me a backside very old room. I saw there 's newer area at the frontside. At this price I could pick a 4 * hotel with breakfast buffet in Nhatrang.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und und man kommt fußläufig überall hin. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit im Hotel Touren und einen Scooter zu mieten. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
