This is my 2nd time. Last time, the rating was 10/10 always. Everything was great, so I decided to stay here. But this time I was extremely disappointed. Rooms, facilities are all ok, both times are the same. But this time I was disappointed because the receptionist attitude was so bad. Last time I came at 5am, the staff still smiled and let me check in (with + 50% more room price) and the next few days I wanted to stay more (I book on the app for 3 nights) so I asked air defense, I want to book a few more nights, he is still ok and grabs the price = with the price I book on the app too (at that time I book 290k / 1 night, about half a year ago) this time I book twice the price I'm still eager, but at that time, at 7pm, the staff didn't check in.
