I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel a lot. The hotel provides me with anything I need as comfortable and spacious room, nice gym and cool swimming cool as well as great breakfast. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. You may consider to take advantage of the free hourly transfer organized by the hotel which take you to the town and the beach. I will definite stay here whenever I have chance to come back to Hoi An.

The hotel is ok, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite good with many dishes, the restaurant food is reduced by 50%, the restaurant is clean and delicious, the hotel has shuttle bus to the old town and to the sea for free, a place worth experiencing with a very good price, Hanoi bun cha as picture 49k very delicious

We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant).
The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room!
The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday!
The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach.

This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!
