Rooms and equipment are clean and comfortable. Everything will be better if 6 am the hotel staff does not call each other loudly in the hallway. Part of this may be due to the soundproofing of the room. Perhaps the hotel should consider the cleaning process, not the sound

The hotel is good, but the towels and face towels are yellow and torn. When I called the receptionist to ask for a new towel, I was told, "Every towel is like, sister, hotel towel."
