So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!

This place is amazing!!! People working there are friendly, polite and very helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location is great, near the beach and on a street with variety of restaurants, pubs and shops. My partner and I had the aloe vera wrap which was perfect after a long day at the beach, felt really refreshing and she was great. Also had a pedicure which I hadn't booked however in less than half an hour the professional was in doing amazing job.
Everyone made us feel very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back!!! Thanks

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to the beach. Breakfast was very tasty. There is free laundry service at the hotel and many eating options close by. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beach stay in this area.

I have never felt so welcome or at home in a hotel! KA Villas is a special place. The staff here are so wonderful and really care about you and your trip. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub and shower. Each room has a balcony area with comfy seats overlooking the koi pond, a nice place to sit and relax. You order breakfast the day before and as soon as you take a seat they bring fresh juice and fruits whilst they cook your breakfast - this was a huge highlight for me! The pool was probably the cleanest pool I’ve ever swam in! They light it up so pretty for an evening swim.
The staff helped us book local tours, we also had a lovely massage, and they helped us booked taxis. They even waved us off as we left!
The local area is so nice - lots of nice restaurants and cafes along the beach - I recommend Hit Ha and Naia (this one is right across the street and they also offer yoga classes overlooking the sea!).
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hoi An!

I was here for 24 days during my stay in Vietnam , I could not have been treated any better by the staff at this hotel. The breakfast choices were wonderful And all very delicious ! The housekeeping staff were immaculate, and the maintenance man was there for anything that you needed All in all, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be at Na bang beach , I would definitely stay here again

Genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so kind and welcoming and genuinely cared for the guests. Breakfast was so delicious and healthy every morning, cooked to order and so many options. Our room was clean and beautiful and overlooked the villa. Free laundry service everyday helped us so much since we were backpacking for 2 months. There are also free bikes to rent which was so much fun to take them to An Bang beach. There was one day I fell off my bike (my fault, I was going too fast) and a staff member helped me with first aid and bandaging myself. I will always remember her kindness! I’ll pick KA Villa to stay at everytime I’m in Hoi An!!!

I highly recommend KA Villa. The owner Nhung is one of the kindest people I’ve met. She and her small, dedicated staff were so friendly and helpful, always offering my sons popsicles when we returned from a day of exploring.
The room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was powerful. The AC worked great. We had big windows on both sides of the room so lots of light.
Every morning we had a breakfast which consisted of a big glass of fresh fruit juice, a plate of beautifully prepared fresh fruit, and an entree we chose the night before. KA Villa offered laundry service at no extra charge. They also have a small, pretty sitting area with a few book shelves with books in various languages.
We felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
