Friendly staff support guests wholeheartedly, room rates are cheaper than the area and quality received. Clean room, cleaned thoroughly every day. Motorbikes for rent, when receiving the motorbike, there was still a lot of gas in the tank, the helmet is Non Son so it is quite good quality, the motorbike is still new. Flexible hours, I went cloud hunting at 4am, the staff opened the door very friendly.

An House Retreat is truly a memorable 5-star experience in Da Lat! What impressed me most was the spacious and extremely airy rooms, bringing a pleasant and relaxing feeling as soon as I stepped in. The owner is super cute, enthusiastic and always cares about the guests, making me feel like I'm coming home. Not only that, An House Retreat also has some super cute and adorable pets, always clinging to each other, making the space more lively and warm. I especially like the feeling of closeness and coziness like being at home that this place brings. From the decoration to the general atmosphere, everything exudes friendliness and comfort. The location of An House is also a big plus. Located in a convenient place, near the center of Da Lat, it is very convenient for me to move to famous tourist attractions or explore local cuisine without spending much time. In short, An House Retreat is not only a place to rest but also a space for you to truly enjoy peace, warmth and closeness. I will definitely come back here every time I have the opportunity to come to Da Lat!

The hotel is located right in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere. Da Lat market is only about 150m away, and the new market/second-hand market is right in front of the alley, most of the time it's only about 3km to have breakfast/play, very convenient. The hotel staff and receptionist are very attentive and dedicated. On the app, I could only check in at 2pm, but when there was a room available, the receptionist called for early check-in, around 11am, I was already there. I arrived early at the hotel so I could leave my luggage and then I walked around Da Lat until 11am to check-in. Very convenient, the staff took care of the guests enthusiastically and attentively. The hotel and rooms were clean, with reasonable prices and a central location. When I checked in, the fan was missing, but after calling the receptionist, they supported me immediately and very quickly. In general, the service, location, everything is good. If I go to Da Lat again, I will still choose this hotel!!

The hotel is clean, near Da Lat market, about 500m walk, there are many shops around (Lien Hoa bakery, Windmill, Coffee,...). The white paint color looks bright and beautiful. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Basic amenities are complete (TV, hair dryer, kettle,...). I like the hot and cold water system the most, it works well, strong water. The 16m2 room is suitable for a small family of 3. I was also hesitant to book here because I saw low stars, but in reality it is not true, maybe because few people book on this application so the number of reviews is not much. I am satisfied with everything!

This time I didn't take pictures of the room but only recorded a clip so I took the old pictures from 2020, but this time I came back it was still the same, the room was minimalist but very harmonious, always smelling of flowers like the name of the hotel. This time I went in the summer and winter so I was supported to check in at 13:00 (actually 14:00) but the last time I was away so I arrived at 5-6am and was able to check in without extra charge. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, there's nothing to complain about. It's close to the center so it's easy to go anywhere, there's a motorbike rental service available 💯💯💯💯
