This is a wonderful property. The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and very hospitable. They always greeted me and smiled every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by local Vietnamese restaurants, and just a short walk to the noisy Hanoi Old Quarter. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful room, unique decor, the most comfortable and comfortable big bed! It takes 2 minutes to walk from the hotel to Hoan Kiem lake! Especially, the room is very soundproof, the hotel is located on Ta Hien beer street but the room is very quiet! I will recommend it to a friend, thank you hotel!

The room is not too big but it's nice and clean.We got the room with balcony and the room was cleaned up everyday. All staffs are very nice and helpful, they gave all information about Hanoi and interesting places in Vietnam( thank to Tom,Tina,Ana and Nam). The hotel sell tour and transportation. We got good price for private car to NoiBai Airport ( only vnd 250.000),it's cheaper than taxi or grab. Recommended place!🤩👌

Had a really pleasant stay at Mayflower. All the staffs are very friendly especially Daniel on the front desk. You will be given a travelling advice once you arrived at the hotel. The hotel lobby is not that spacious, but everything just goes right with the friendly staffs. The hotel room is almost same like in the picture. However, some of the bathroom facilities was old already but still functioned. The location is very strategic since it is located in the middle of city. Very good area to stay in if you are first timer in Hanoi (so many great restaurants you can reached only by walking) Thank you Mayflower!

The reception was cheerful and enthusiastic, the breakfast was well-seasoned, only there were a few dishes and the breakfast space was a bit small. A great place to stay, value for money, just in time for the holidays. The hostess is not very enthusiastic but quite comfortable. The hotel is always open, motorbikes are always locked in front of the hotel, but security is absolute because the hotel is opposite the ward police headquarters. I went alone but was placed in a rather large room, with 2 single beds, beautifully decorated. One minus point is that the water is quite weak but I only rent it to sleep and store things so that's okay.
