The hotel is a scam. Anyone who comes will be told that there are no rooms available even though they have booked in advance. Then they will say they will transfer you to another branch, when you refuse they will find a way to not pay.

booked a room, but after paying, they said there were no rooms left, then they changed the hotel, refused to stay, wanted a refund but only got 480k compared to the payment of 566k, wasted time and money and was angry.

I booked a room for 2 nights and paid the motel through Traveloka, but in fact, on the first night I waited for the morning to check out, the next morning I checked out and of course the motel did not give me any change for the remaining time. At night the whole room smelled of Do oil (driving), the trash can in the bathroom was not full of old trash, there was no cup of toothpaste, toothbrush was only given when asked... I just gave a few experiences like that. You should consider when booking a room at this motel.

I rented a room on the first floor, the soundproofing was very poor, foreign guests stayed in the dorm and talked very loudly, from 1-2am they talked very loudly in my room, affecting my sleep.

Phòng 500( bok travalka còn 400). Lễ tân dẫn vô cái phòng như ổ chuột Bồn với rời khỏi tường. Mùi gián. Mùi cống Chăn ga màu vàng ố. Màu đỏ như vết máu. Rận. Rệp. Kinh khủng Gọi lễ tân thay ga nệm. Nói màu nó vậy. không giặt hết được 😬😬 Máy lạnh thì kêu như cái máy cày. 15 ph tắt 1 lần. Mở cầu dao lại mới được. ( lễ tân hướng dẫn như vậy ) Phía dưới còn có mấy khách tây đen nằm ngủ ở sảnh chờ. Nhìn như khu ổ chuột. Hôi kinh khủng.

When checking in, the bed sheets were dirty, full of small blood stains, and the balcony was dirty. The bed is full of bedbugs, biting and sucking blood, making it impossible to sleep. Bed sheets are not changed every day.

When I booked a room, there was no room, waited forever to support the bank to return the money that had been transferred, but suddenly 100k was deducted because it said that party only received that much through the app :)) very very bad responsibility. At that price in Bui Thi Xuan, the hotel is clean, the service is much better

Room was not ready even I arrived at 6 pm. We had to move to another small hotel next to it and the condition was bad there, smell was bad, door of the bath room has a big hole that hands can go through.

Đứng chờ nhận phòng rất lâu, trong khi mình đã đặt trước mà vẫn hết phòng, phải chuyển đến cơ sở 2 để ở, phòng vẫn chưa dọn nên lại tiếp tục đợi. So với giá thì phòng tệ 😔
