M Hotel Phu Quoc

Petit hotel avec des belles chambres au goût du jour, et propres. Employés fiables, prêts à aider dans toutes les situations. En somme, le service est remarquable. Distance de marche au night market et des restaurants. Si vous ne recherchez pas une plage vous étendre, je vous recommendais.

Floor had dirty footprints from previous occupants when we arrived. 2 x downlights not working. Check in felt rushed with a lot of focus on charges for missing towels, mis use of room etc. Some info regarding hotel location to sights /activities would have been greatly appreciated. But otherwise, lovely property with beautiful view from breakfast /pool. Kind staff, very large room with complimentary bar fridge items.

The images of the property online made it look like we were in for a really nice stay at a beautiful and modern hotel and we were particularly excited as we had paid extra to gain the penthouse room with an ocean room. The reality was the images of the room was a far cry from what the room actually looked like. It had rusty railings on the balcony with sharp flakes of rust all over them. Every part of the property was old and in need of a really good revamp. There was paint all over the walls , floor and doors where at least one really poor decorating job had taken place and no attempt to clean up the obvious spillages or mistakes had been done. All the doors were faded and rusty , floorboards on the decking were lose or sticking up, bath taps were wobbling about and the hot water initially didn’t even work. The TV in the room had 7 movies available but over 50% of them didn’t even work at all. Those that did work were constantly buffering to the extent they became pretty much unwatchable. Standard programmes on the TV were entirely in Vietnamese even with the TV language set to English. Every morning at around 06.00am we were woken up by continuous banging , drilling & the sound of grinding metal as next door worked on building some kind of new hotel or bar and this was even on Sat & Sun. After being woken up at 6am your only real option to go to breakfast which was by far the worst and most limited breakfast I have ever experienced. Staff didn’t seem to care about a thing

Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient. Private. Friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay!

Everything about this place is perfect but the room needs some better noise protection from the street. We were up all night being woken up by the constant beeping of horns from the street. Even with ear plugs in it’s far too noisy!

Hi! Thank you so much — we really enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most for us was the incredibly friendly staff and how clean and modern everything felt. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the pool area had such a relaxing vibe. The food and drinks were great, the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding — truly some of the best service we’ve experienced. Overall a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Second time stay with M Hotel, good location, Morden and clean .Friendly and professional staffs,they are even remember me when I came back,so that was a warm welcome to Phu Quoc

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

Construction all day every day . No use of the pool . They never said anything about the Construction or pool until you have paid .

Great place to stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

View was amazing. Also, staff were very kind and helpful. I really recommend to stay there.
