I stayed in an Ocean View room. Everything was great except for the weak Wi-Fi and the malfunctioning TV. For over 9.5 million VND for two nights, the TV was unreliable and couldn't connect to YouTube – the hotel should really review its services. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was quite good.

The receptionist Anh is very cute and most of the hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very diverse, changing daily with fish cake noodle soup, the noodle noodles here are very chewy and delicious. I asked the staff and they said to buy noodle soup at the market, it's really delicious. The security guard is also very cute... there are many shops around and the night market is about a 5-minute walk away, very convenient... if I come back to Phu Quoc, I will come to M HOTEL again. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is near the center. Convenient for traveling. The room is designed in a minimalist but impressive way. The minus point is that the room area is a bit small, if you bring a lot of luggage, there is no place to unload it. But the location is reasonable for the price. But the room is still fully equipped and clean, the bathroom is beautiful. The biggest plus point is that the hotel is very flexible for guests to check in 3 hours early, which is not something that every hotel can do. The airport pick-up service is also enthusiastic even though it was just my husband and I. If I come back to PQ and stay in the center, I will definitely stay here again.

I booked a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel at 4:00 a. M. And received a confirmation email from the hotel. I arrived at the airport at 3:00 AM and was waiting at the coffee shop near the meeting point. I went to look for the driver four times but couldn't find him until 4:20 AM, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel myself. When I arrive at the hotel, I inform the reception. The staff checked and informed me that the hotel forgot to enter my booking. Late at night, someone called me to the room and said that we didn't arrive on time. The driver couldn't find us, so he returned to the hotel. And just say sorry. As for the room, it is older than the picture and has a lot of dust. But the hotel location is very good; You can walk to the night market.

Mình ở phòng Ocean eyes với view cả phòng đều hướng ra biển rất đẹp, tuy khách sạn bảo trì nội thất chưa tốt lắm, vật dụng bị trầy và cũ khá nhiều, nhưng khi vào phòng được trang bị trái cây chào đón rất tuyệt

Phòng đẹp. Mọi thứ tuyệt vời. Mỗi tội tivi không đa chức năng không kết nối được với điện thoại, không có netfnix, không youtube. Phòng không chê được điểm nào. Mọi thứ trải nghiệm tốt. Lần sau sẽ quay lại❤️

Đồ ăn sáng không quá nhiều món nhưng khá đa dạng, mình ăn rất hợp khẩu vị. 🥰 Nhất định mình sẽ chọn M Hotel khi quay lại Phú Quốc. 🥰

Thật sự là rất bất ngờ khi bước vào phòng, không nghĩ là đẹp hơn cả trên hình ý. Chỗ nào trong phòng cũng có thể cầm máy lên pose dáng, cái bất ngờ tiếp theo là không ngờ có thể gặp đồng hương ở đây ạ. Nói chung là ai thích phong cách huyền bí, tối tân thì nên ở đây nhé ạ. Và mn lưu ý giờ đón-trả khách tại sân bay của khách sạn để sắp xếp lịch trình đi chơi hợp lý hơn nhé ạ. Chúc mọi người có một chuyến đi thật vui vẻ và trọn vẹn ạ ^^
