everything's great. but i think the air conditioner should open from 11 a.m to 1 p.m cause that time is hot af 🥵

I really recommend this hostel because it's amazing, guys. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, the rooms are clean and spacious

It was a great experience. I just stayed with them for few hours since I got to ha noi pretty late at night. It 's good to note that they had 24 hour check in which was convenient for travelers who 's looking for a place to sleep over night especially at late hours.

On the afternoon of April 30, my girlfriend and I went on a motorbike to the hotel because we had checked in the previous day. When I and my girlfriend came in, the male staff did not open the door but deliberately went to another corner and looked at the reception desk. I wonder if my car was pushed to the middle of the road, he said, "You have a car you have to report to," even though I was here on the second day. And really, the staff at the door and the receptionist that afternoon gave me a feeling of lack of respect. However, when there are foreign guests, those employees are very welcoming and welcoming, contrary to their pregnancy. I don't know if such a large hotel has a discount for Vietnamese guests and other attitudes. The plus point is that the morning receptionists are very polite with the guests, the hotel location is also convenient, the room is clean.
