The room was very ok. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. On the last day, I went to Mikazuki and left my luggage at the hotel. In the afternoon, I transferred money to the hotel to book a 16-seat car. The receptionists saw that they didn't have enough time to bring the luggage over and pick up our group, so they hired a taxi to take my luggage straight to the airport and transferred the money for the 16-seat car to me, without missing a penny. Really reputable and friendly. My room was a Family room, with 2 connecting rooms, very suitable for families where parents still want private space (although my family only stayed in 1 room 😂). The buffet didn't have many dishes but it was enough for the kids to choose from. I really like this hotel. If I have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, facing the sea, close to everywhere and convenient. Motorbike rental and spacious parking. The room is nice and clean, the staff cleans the room every day. Breakfast is quite delicious and not lacking in dishes. The staff is friendly, when they come to carry luggage, they also help guests carry luggage when they leave. The quality compared to the price, I find it quite reasonable and satisfied when choosing this hotel. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor, if someone walks around and talks loudly in the hallway, you can hear everything in the room. I like quiet so this is a bit annoying.

When my family checked in, they encountered a loud, continuous noise from the repair work in the room above. Initially, the hotel CONFIRMED that there was no repair work. When the noise was too loud and prolonged, I went directly to the upper floor and complained. Only then did the hotel confirm that the room above was under construction. The staff apologized and said it had been resolved, but in reality, it continued for another 1-2 hours, making it impossible for my family to rest comfortably.
What I am not satisfied with is that the hotel has not controlled the repair work well, the initial response is still inaccurate, and the solution is not thorough. This experience affected my family's vacation. I hope the hotel will improve to ensure more quiet and professionalism for customers.

My 1-night stay was wonderful.
The room was clean, the sea view was great, the interior was luxurious.
The hotel staff, Kieu Anh, took good care of the customers, from check-in to check-out, she texted me. I had a good impression of the staff here. From the receptionists, bellmen, and restaurant staff, they were all very cheerful and polite.
The breakfast was also diverse, from Asian to European food, I found the taste quite suitable, my husband liked the stir-fried vermicelli dish more.
If I have the opportunity to return to DN, I will definitely continue to stay at Maximilan 🥰

The hotel is fragrant, the room is clean, the sea view is very nice, the service is attentive. The lobby is a bit hot. The reception and seeing off of guests is not professional. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient and lively. The hotel is worth experiencing.

Hotel location is so strategical. Right in front of beach bars and my khe beach. We chose the beachfront view and the view is majestic. Staff is very helpful (especially ms Kieu Anh). Bedroom is spacious. Breakfast is okay.

This time we went to Da Nang, we rented a 6-day, 5-night room with a sea view and when we checked in, we were really wowed because the view was so beautiful, the hotel was clean, very fragrant, especially the staff was extremely attentive, we were taken care of very enthusiastically by Kieu Anh, we texted her for anything and she replied very quickly and supported us. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also diverse and to our taste. The hotel also proactively prepared a car to take us to the airport, so this trip we were very happy because the weather in Da Nang was super nice, just lying in the room watching the sea was enough.

Great experience, full service and amenities. This time I only had 1 day and 2 nights in Da Nang so I chose this hotel, very suitable.
