The location, staff and room facilities are all very good. However, the hotel's policies are extremely bad and lack transparency. In the Central region - where there are frequent storms in the last months of the year - the hotel does not clearly state that check-in dates cannot be changed due to bad weather (storms, floods) or any form of support in case of force majeure. I have paid the full cost for 4 days and 3 nights, scheduled to check-in on October 23, 2025. On October 22, Typhoon Fengshen (October 23-26) is forecast to make landfall, causing heavy rains across the Central region. Although the storm weakened at sea on October 23, the circulation still caused heavy rains in the area. For safety reasons, I decided to change my flight - Vietnam Airlines supports free ticket changes, but the hotel refused to change the date, requiring check-in on time or a fee of 1 night if changed - something that is completely not stated in the policy. This is a force majeure situation, not due to the customer's arbitrary change, but the hotel still handled it rigidly, inflexibly and did not respect the customer's rights. 👉 Anyone who intends to book a room here should not pay in advance like me to avoid similar risks.

almost everything is quite good however the staff doesn't seem too enthusiastic they don't help with carrying suitcases or support when checking in plus there is no way to open the door or thank customers when customers come and go I feel the operation process is still not really good in addition the food is not too delicious day 1 can say the food is very bad however day 2 has improved

When my family checked in, they encountered a loud, continuous noise from the repair work in the room above. Initially, the hotel CONFIRMED that there was no repair work. When the noise was too loud and prolonged, I went directly to the upper floor and complained. Only then did the hotel confirm that the room above was under construction. The staff apologized and said it had been resolved, but in reality, it continued for another 1-2 hours, making it impossible for my family to rest comfortably. What I am not satisfied with is that the hotel has not controlled the repair work well, the initial response is still inaccurate, and the solution is not thorough. This experience affected my family's vacation. I hope the hotel will improve to ensure more quiet and professionalism for customers.

My 1-night stay was wonderful. The room was clean, the sea view was great, the interior was luxurious. The hotel staff, Kieu Anh, took good care of the customers, from check-in to check-out, she texted me. I had a good impression of the staff here. From the receptionists, bellmen, and restaurant staff, they were all very cheerful and polite. The breakfast was also diverse, from Asian to European food, I found the taste quite suitable, my husband liked the stir-fried vermicelli dish more. If I have the opportunity to return to DN, I will definitely continue to stay at Maximilan 🥰
