I am very happy and comfortable when using the service here, the staff is very enthusiastic and lovely. I booked a hotel room at 21:40 but the staff gave us enthusiastic instructions and helped us park our motorbikes, the hotel is very close to entertainment venues and food streets, the price is reasonable and the room is clean and tidy. If anyone has a trip to Hanoi, I think MAYflower is a perfect choice. Thank you MAyflower for helping me have a wonderful vacation. ❤️

Nice hotel, bright and clean. Staff are friendly and very enthusiastic. I really like the place, I go to Christmas right down the street, which is the walking street - lakeside and there are many beautiful check-in spots. Cheap room, with elevator. Will definitely come back when passing Hanoi. The receptionist is pretty cool 👍

The double room is small enough, the bathroom is small and clean, the bed sheets are not clean, the TV signal is unstable, has a slightly damp smell, and the soundproofing is poor. Convenient location, the road to Hoan Kiem Lake is straight but a bit far. Friendly staff, but they took money from the customer's relatives who paid in advance on the app again without explanation, promised to refund when checking out but had to wait until the next morning, and there was no apology for the mistake. Convenient location, not too clean, reasonable price, okay to stay, poor customer service, not too satisfying experience.

It was my first time in Hanoi and when I was looking for a hotel I saw that this hotel was close to a mosque and a halal food restaurant, so I didn't think twice and was immediately interested in staying here. Alhamdulillah, according to expectations, apart from the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is also close to a mosque and a halal food place. Oh yes, the hotel is small but comfortable. God willing, if I come here again, I want to stay at this hotel.

Please don't stay in this hotel. The staff is not honest, the thief, my stuff is really gone. The room is too small, there are animals on the roof that make noises running around. The janitor is not honest I'm really bad I slept for 6 days here I'm so sorry I hope there are no more victims.
