Everything is perfect. The property is right in the My Tho city center, near most of popular tourist destinations in My Tho city. Diversified breakfast, large room overlooking both city view and Tien river view. Will come back when we visit My Tho again

1- Location: Great, right next to the river, surrounded by residential areas with many amenities such as coffee, lunch-breakfast-dinner... in short, a very prime location 2- Beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, spacious (nicer and cleaner than Muong Thanh Luxury 5*) 3- The only minus point for the service is: The swimming pool stops too early, it only stops at 6PM and even though the group that arrived late suggested swimming and controlling themselves, they were not supported => this point deserves to be deducted *

Khách sạn bên ngoài thì đẹp nhưng mình book tổng cong 3 phòng điều sắp sếp cho gia đình mình phòng phía sau, trong khi book có ghi rõ phong hướng sông, thật sự thất vọng, khi bên khách sạn không đáp ứng đúng với phòng mình yêu cầu (mình đặt phong family, tự ý đổi cho mình 2 phòng khác mà không báo trước và trả lời phòng gặp vấn đề) như vậy từ đầu tại sao lại mở ra để mình book phòng đó, xong rồi tự ý đổi phòng cho mình.cảm thấy thất vọng, về nhân viên thì ổn.

I don't want to say bad things about this hotel because I actually enjoy staying there. I want to stay there again. It is just a little frustrating that so many things are either closed or broken. Here is a list of issues I discovered during my 2 stays at the hotel.- Lights in the room didn't work.- Fridge and minibar were removed but still had the menu.- spa bath was broken and did not work both stays.- kettle was broken.- One of 3 lifts was broken on both stays.- Poolside furniture was broken.- Rooftop cafe/bar was closed and looked like it had not been touched for years (but they advertise it)- Outside was dirty and not looked after.- walls were damaged from wear and tear.- Room doors were hard to close and some were broken.- water pressure for showers was poor on the upper floors. But in saying all this I will still stay there because;- The beds were great.- the view was good from my room.- The Aircon worked well.- The TV worked.- The wifi was OK.- Gym was OK.- Staff were pretty good.- Breakfast was OK. I just hope they clean the place up a bit and it will be much better.

Phòng Superior Triple này thì ok dù thảm cũng không sạch lắm, nhưng gia đình tôi có đặt thêm 1 phòng Family 5 khách nữa nhưng mới bước vào nồng mùi ẩm mốc nên yêu cầu khách sạn đổi phòng. Lễ tân sắp xếp đổi thành 1 deluxe twin (phòng ok) và 1 standard double (phòng nồng mùi ẩm quyện với mùi xịt phòng, trần WC 3 đốm ẩm mốc). Dù nhân viên khách sạn có hỗ trợ nhưng những vấn đề trên không thể chấp nhận đối với 1 khách sạn 4 sao. Đề nghị khách sạn đổi mới trang thiết bị vệ sinh triệt để thảm lót sàn, xử lý trần ẩm mốc, diệt khuẩn, nấm, mùi ẩm, cải thiện phòng thông thoáng, tránh ảnh hưởng sức khỏe và thiện cảm của khách lưu trú trong và ngoài nước.

4-star hotel room without giving guests tissues in the room, the parking attendant looks at guests riding motorbikes with unfriendly eyes Fortunately, the receptionist is very cute and helpful and has removed the minus points of the hotel. The swimming pool does not have soap for guests to wash their hands. Definitely will not visit again and do not recommend to family and friends

One of my worst experiences staying inthe hotel: 1. They do not have bell boy, nor anybody at the door to instruct you where to park! I arrived with motorcycle and I had to go all the way to the parking lot, then carried the luggage back to the lobby! If there's one, he could have helped to leave my stuff at the lobby while I parked my bike! And for 4-star claimed hotel, no one showed or helped you to go to your room! 2. The toilet fan doesn't run at night, I called receptionist and had told that it only runs in daytime! So if you happen to take a dump at night (10pm), well, your partner is in luck! This works for every room in the hotel! 3. Might not be a big deal, but breakfast ends at 9am, earlier than all the hotels i've been stay for 1 hour. I got there at 9am, luckily, the service boys were gladly accommodated me, and that was the only pleasant experience with this hotel. 4. They charge me 50k ($2) for making a hand towel dirty! So what the towel is supposed to do beside cleaning face? When I got there we went through the big rain for 2 hours! And the crappy towel already felt cheap, they cost like 5k in frocery store, and they charged me 10 times as much! 5. To be fair, the room was spacious, but for all the trouble I went through, i'd prefer to stay somewhere next time! Highly not recommended!
