Checked in at 4pm, went to eat and then went back to sleep without experiencing anything, considered a day wasted. The price is higher than the room amenities in other hotels. A bit of a fail compared to the imagination of a high standard hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly!

- Kidzone is so boring, there is nothing for the kids to play with, old stuff, few games, should add a ball house, slide...etc and open later, because Ho Tram is so boring at night, I can't go back to my room to sleep early. - Corner room is too bright, no curtain to cover the glass toilet door, making it difficult to sleep. - The receptionist is very polite and friendly, but when I need to send things to the resort, I have to contact the shipping department, the shipping service staff is unprofessional (to put it mildly), I contacted them twice and both times it was the same.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay at the resort with the room experience, activities and transportation services. After checking with the relevant department, I found that Ms. Trang called about the transportation of her belongings on October 8 and October 10. Unfortunately, the staff who received my call on October 8 did not share it with the staff in the same department, which caused the staff on October 10 to ask Ms. Trang for some information so that we could receive and send the goods back to you. We sincerely apologize for this issue that has made Ms. Trang unhappy, we are very grateful for Ms. Trang's patience and understanding.

I had a not so pleasant dinner. I went alone and ordered a grilled dish. However, I had to wait so long that other diners who came after me had finished their meals and I still hadn't been served. It wasn't until I complained to the staff that they realized I hadn't been served, and some even thought I hadn't ordered anything.

Melia Ho Tram is a good choice in this area. Check-in time should be from 2pm or 3pm...4pm is too late. The breakfast menu is not very rich...the pho is delicious. Going many times will feel boring.

Checked in at 4pm, went to eat and then went back to sleep without experiencing anything, considered a day wasted. The price is higher than the room amenities in other hotels. A bit of a fail compared to the imagination of a high standard hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly!
