This is my first time to Da Nang and thanks that I chose Muong Thanh Grand. There was some rumor about the quality going down, but the fact is totally contrasted. Will visit Muong Thanh Grand again and again. Highly recommend to people for an accommodation in Da Nang.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the furniture is clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. In general, the first time I traveled to Da Nang, I confidently chose Muong Thanh to stay, felt extremely satisfied and loved this place. The experience is worth the price, spacious, convenient, easy to move to places of entertainment, sightseeing, .... suitable for resting and relaxing, not too expensive compared to the places I have been to before in many other provinces.

Room hygiene is not good, blanket has many yellow stains and some have blood. When reported, the staff did not apologize. The glass to see outside is very blurry. The hotel should regularly check the room preparation of the staff.

The hotel is very large. IN GENERAL IT IS GOOD. BUT THERE ARE 2 ISSUES I NEED TO SUGGEST FOR IMPROVEMENT: THE RECEPTION LOBBY IS VERY HOT, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, SO GUESTS WHO ARRIVAL OR LEAVE FEEL FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THE AIR AROUND IS NOT COOL. PROBLEM 2: THERE ARE MANY ELEVATORS BUT THEY RUIN VERY SLOWLY, SO IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR GUESTS TO TRAVEL BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR THE ELEVATOR TO GO DOWN OR UP TO THE FLOOR THEY ARE ON

I don't understand why this hotel is rated above 8 points, the bathroom and bathtub drained very slowly, the water was floating, I reported to the reception in the afternoon but no one fixed it, the air conditioner was on for 3 hours but it was not cold, water was leaking, I reported to the reception at 10pm to check and change rooms??? The room was so bad, why didn't they clean it up and let the guest stay and then change rooms??? In many places in MT, this is the worst and MT will be on my blacklist

The waiting room is hot, no air conditioning. The room air conditioning is too weak, not cold enough, especially at noon, it is very hot. Plus points: receptionist, enthusiastic and cheerful service, delicious buffet with diverse food. Will come back if coming to Da Nang. Hope the hotel will fix the air conditioning so that the vacation here is better.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at in 20 years. -Air conditioning in lounge and corridors areas are off in order to save power , so the hotel is extremely hot. -Air condition in the rooms are extremely loud and noisy and impossible to sleep during the night. -rooms are dark and not enough lights, so the ambient is depressing. -no clothing Iron is provided in order for the hotel to force you use their service. -bedding and towels are dirty with blood stains and other an unidentified spots. -washrooms are old and lack of major maintenance. -Windows are so dirty and never been cleaned in years so impossible to see anything through the windows. -curtains are so dirty and full of dust. Save your vacation and save your money and do not go through this horrible experience.

This is the second time I've visited Muong Thanh. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is in the center. Just a short walk to the Love Bridge and Han River. This time I was a little unsatisfied with the air conditioning in the room and the elevator. Otherwise everything was ok. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was delicious.
